1. Engegueu el dispositiu

Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet. The device will emit a "Du du" sound within approximately 30 seconds, indicating it is powered on and ready for setup. If you do not hear the sound, insert a thimble into the "reset" hole and long-press until the device emits a voice tone.

2. Download the Yoosee App

The Yoosee app is required for camera control and monitoring. You can download it by scanning the QR code below or searching for "Yoosee" in your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android). After installation, register and log in to your account.

3. Add the Device to the App

1. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
2. Open the Yoosee app, navigate to 'Device', and click the '+' icon.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to add your camera.

The camera is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Choose a location that provides optimal viewing coverage and is within range of your Wi-Fi network or wired connection point. Use the provided mounting screws to securely attach the camera to a wall or ceiling. Ensure the waterproof cap kit is properly installed for outdoor use.

Monitorització en temps real

Un cop connectat, pots view viu footage from your camera through the Yoosee app. The monitoring interface allows you to control camera functions, capture screenshots, and record video.

PTZ Remote Control & Digital Zoom

The camera features Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) functionality, allowing you to adjust the camera's viewing angle remotely via the app. It supports 360° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt. Additionally, the camera offers an 11x digital zoom to focus on specific details.

Àudio bidireccional

The camera is equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling two-way communication. You can listen to the environment around the camera and speak through the camera using the Yoosee app.

The camera offers three night vision modes for optimal visibility in low-light conditions:

The camera features AI-powered human motion detection and auto-tracking. When a person enters the alarm area, the camera will detect their movement, send a notification to your app, and automatically track their movement. You can configure smart lighting and audible warnings in the app settings.

Dual Screen Display (Picture-in-Picture)

With its three-lens system, the camera supports a dual-screen display feature, allowing you to monitor multiple locations simultaneously. You can share access to your camera with family and friends. They will need to download and install the Yoosee app and register an account. The device owner can then use the 'share' icon in the app to grant access, following the in-app instructions.

Remote Access (P2P)

Thanks to P2P technology, you can view viu footage and control your camera from anywhere using the Yoosee app on your smartphone or tablet. Simply log in to your P2P account.

Manteniment

• Neteja: Regularly wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Condicions ambientals: The camera has an IP66 rating, making it waterproof and weatherproof. However, avoid installing the product in extremely harsh environments such as areas with excessively high temperatures, high humidity, or heavy dust and smoke, as this may damage the device.
• Actualitzacions de firmware: Keep your Yoosee app and camera firmware updated to the latest versions. The app will notify you when updates are available. Updates often include performance improvements and security enhancements.

Resolució de problemes

Camera Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi

• Contrasenya Wi-Fi: Double-check that the Wi-Fi password entered is correct.
• Freqüència Wi-Fi: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.

Offline After Changing Router or Wi-Fi Password

The device is automatically bound to the original Wi-Fi password. If you change your router or Wi-Fi password, the camera will go offline. You must reset the device (long-press the reset button for 5-10 seconds) and re-add it to the Yoosee app following the setup instructions.

Cannot Watch Playback Video

• TF Card Check: Unplug and re-insert the TF card. Verify that the record mode is enabled in the app settings.
• Formateu la targeta TF: If record mode is on but no video is recorded, go to "Settings" > "Record settings", disable "Record switch", and format the TF card.
• Replace TF Card: If videos still cannot be watched after formatting, the TF card may be faulty. Try replacing it with a new one (up to 128GB, FAT32/exFat format).
