4. Guia de configuració

4.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove the printer and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all components are present: printer unit, power adapter, USB cable, and any included sample paper rolls.

4.2 Càrrega de paper

  1. Press the 'OPEN' button or latch on the side of the printer to open the top cover.
  2. Remove the paper roll holder if present.
  3. Place the thermal paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the printing side faces upwards and the paper feeds smoothly from the bottom of the roll.
  4. Adjust the paper guides to fit the width of the paper roll.

4.3 Connexió de potència

Connect the power adapter to the printer's power input port and then plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet (100-240V).

4.4 Connexió a un dispositiu

The Xprinter 365B supports both USB and Bluetooth connections.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Encès/Apagat

Use the power switch located on the printer to turn it on or off. The 'ON LINE' indicator light will illuminate when the printer is ready.

5.2 Impressió d'etiquetes

The printer can operate in Label Mode for printing various types of labels, including barcodes and product stickers. Ensure the correct label roll is loaded. The maximum print speed for labels is 127mm/s.

5.3 Impressió de rebuts

To print receipts, ensure a thermal receipt paper roll is loaded. The printer supports a high receipt print speed of 220mm/s.

5.4 Software Usage and Mobile Printing

The printer supports editing and printing of 1D/2D barcodes, QR codes, pictures, and Excel data. Mobile Bluetooth printing is supported for Android and iOS devices via compatible applications.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Neteja del capçal d'impressió

To maintain print quality, regularly clean the thermal print head. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampHumitejat amb alcohol isopropílic per netejar suaument el capçal d'impressió. Deixeu-lo assecar completament abans d'utilitzar-lo.

6.2 Atenció general

  • Mantingueu la impressora en un entorn net i sense pols.
  • Eviteu exposar la impressora a la llum solar directa o a temperatures extremes.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the printer's exterior.
  • Assegureu-vos que hi hagi una ventilació adequada al voltant de la impressora per evitar el sobreescalfament.

7. Solució De Problemes

7.1 La impressora no respon

  • Check if the power cable is securely connected and the printer is turned on.
  • Verify the USB or Bluetooth connection is active and correctly established.
  • Ensure the correct printer driver is installed and selected on your computer or mobile device.

7.2 Mala qualitat d'impressió

  • Check the thermal paper roll. Ensure it is loaded correctly and is of good quality.

7.4 Llums indicadors

  • EN LINEA: Indicates the printer is powered on and ready for operation.
  • ERROR: Indicates a fault, such as a paper jam or print head overheating.
  • PAUSA: Indicates the printer is paused. Press the button to resume.
