Configuració
- Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i assegureu-vos que hi hagi tots els components.
- Neteja inicial: Before first use, wash the water tank, portafilter, filter, and removable water tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Posicionament: Col·loqueu la màquina sobre una superfície estable, plana i resistent a la calor, allunyada de fonts d'aigua i de calor.
- Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Remove the separable water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Reinsert the tank securely.
- Connexió d'alimentació: Connecteu el cable d'alimentació a una presa de corrent adequada de 220 V amb connexió a terra.
- Cicle de primer ús (primació): To prime the pump and clean the internal system, run a cycle without coffee. Fill the water tank, place a cup under the portafilter, and press the coffee button. Let water flow through until the tank is nearly empty. Repeat this process once or twice.

Instruccions de funcionament
Elaboració d'espresso
- Preescalfament: Turn on the machine. Allow it to preheat until the temperature gauge indicates the optimal brewing temperature (around 92-96°C). Place your espresso cups on the cup warming table to preheat them.
- Preparar el cafè: Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine consistency suitable for espresso. Fill the portafilter with the desired amount of ground coffee (typically 7-10g for a single shot, 14-20g for a double). Tamp the coffee evenly and firmly.
- Connecteu el portafiltre: Securely attach the portafilter to the group head by twisting it firmly to the right.
- Extracte d'espresso: Place preheated cups under the portafilter spouts. Press the coffee button on the control panel. The machine will begin extracting espresso. Monitor the visual water temperature meter.
- Atura l'extracció: Once the desired volume of espresso is reached (typically 25-30ml per shot), press the coffee button again to stop the flow.

Llet vaporosa per a cappuccinos i lattes
- Preparar la llet: Ompliu una gerra de llet d'acer inoxidable amb llet freda (làctica o no làctica) fins just a sota del broc.
- Activa Steam: Turn the steam knob to activate the steam function. Wait for the machine to reach steaming temperature (around 106°C on the gauge).
- Escuma de llet: Submerge the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam valve fully. Adjust the steam level using the four-gear adjustable control to achieve your desired milk foam density. Move the pitcher up and down to incorporate air and heat the milk.
- Acabat: Once the milk reaches the desired temperature and texture, close the steam valve and remove the pitcher. Wipe the steam wand immediately with a damp drap per evitar que s'assequin els residus de llet.

Neteja i Manteniment

- Neteja diària:
- Empty and rinse the removable water tray after each use.
- Remove the portafilter, discard used coffee grounds, and rinse the portafilter and filter under running water.
- Wipe down the steam wand immediately after each use with a damp drap per evitar l'acumulació de residus de llet.
