1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device.

Marqueu la casella per als elements següents:

3. Disseny del dispositiu
The SERVO S24 Mini features a minimalist design with essential controls and ports.

Botons i ports físics:
- Botó d'encesa: Situat al lateral, s'utilitza per encendre/apagar el dispositiu o activar/reposar la pantalla.
- Botons de volum: Situat al lateral, s'utilitza per ajustar el volum multimèdia i de trucades.
- Port de tipus C: Situat a la part inferior, s'utilitza per a la càrrega i la transferència de dades.
- Ranura per a targetes SIM/TF: Located on the side, for inserting SIM cards and a TF memory card.
- Càmera posterior: Located on the back.
- Càmera frontal: Located above the screen.
4. Configuració
4.1 Inserció de targetes SIM i targeta TF
- Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del telèfon.
- Inseriu el passador d'extracció de la targeta proporcionat al petit forat que hi ha al costat de la safata per expulsar-la.
- Traieu la safata amb cura.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF memory card into the designated slots on the tray. The phone supports two Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF memory card.
- Empenyeu suaument la safata cap al telèfon fins que encaixi al seu lloc.

4.2 Càrrega de la bateria
Abans del primer ús, carregueu completament la bateria del telèfon.
- Connecteu el cable tipus C al port de càrrega de la part inferior del telèfon.
- Connecteu l'altre extrem del cable a un adaptador de corrent USB compatible (no inclòs) o al port USB d'un ordinador.
- L'indicador de càrrega a la pantalla mostrarà l'estat de càrrega.
- Un cop estigui completament carregat, desconnecteu el cable.

4.3 Encès/Apagat
- Per encendre: Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up and the SERVO logo appears.
- Per apagar: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear on the screen. Select "Power off" and confirm.
4.4 Assistent de configuració inicial
Upon first power-on, the device will guide you through an initial setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to:
- Seleccioneu el vostre idioma.
- Connecteu-vos a una xarxa Wi-Fi.
- Set up your Google account.
- Configure screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, or Face Unlock).
5. Com fer servir el telèfon intel·ligent
5.1 Navegació bàsica
The SERVO S24 Mini features a 3.0-inch HD touchscreen for interaction. Use touch gestures such as tap, swipe, pinch-to-zoom, and long-press to navigate the interface.

5.2 Fer trucades i enviar missatges
- Trucades: Tap the "Phone" icon, enter the number, and tap the call button.
- Missatges: Tap the "Messages" icon, start a new conversation, enter the recipient and message, then send.
5.3 Ús de la càmera
The phone is equipped with a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera.
- Tap the "Camera" icon to open the camera application.
- Canvieu entre la càmera frontal i la posterior mitjançant la icona de canvi de càmera.
- Toqueu el botó de l'obturador per fer una foto o iniciar/aturar la gravació de vídeo.
- Adjust focus by tapping on the screen.

5.4 Connectivitat a Internet
- Wi-Fi: Ves a Configuració > Xarxa i internet > Wi-Fi per connectar-te a les xarxes disponibles.
- Dades mòbils (4G): Ensure your SIM card is inserted and mobile data is enabled in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network. The phone supports 4G full Netcom.

5.5 App Installation and Management
The SERVO S24 Mini comes with the Google Play Store pre-installed, allowing you to download and install a wide variety of applications.

6. Manteniment
6.1 Neteja del vostre dispositiu

- Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius, ja que poden danyar el dispositiu.
- Per a taques persistents, lleugerament dampNetegeu el drap amb aigua o un netejador de pantalles.
6.2 Cura de la bateria
- Avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures, as this can affect battery life.
- No deixeu el telèfon carregant-se durant períodes prolongats després que estigui completament carregat.
- Si no fareu servir el telèfon durant molt de temps, carregueu-lo al 50% aproximadament abans de guardar-lo.
6.3 Actualitzacions de programari
Comproveu i instal·leu regularment si hi ha actualitzacions de programari per garantir un rendiment i una seguretat òptims.
- Aneu a Configuració > Sistema > Actualització del sistema.
- Seguiu les instruccions que apareixen a la pantalla per descarregar i instal·lar les actualitzacions disponibles.
6.4 Gestió d'emmagatzematge
The phone has 16GB of internal storage. You can expand this using a TF memory card.
- To check storage usage, go to Settings > Storage.
- Netegeu regularment innecessaris files, cache data, and uninstall unused apps to free up space.
- Move photos and videos to a TF card to manage internal storage effectively.

7. Solució De Problemes
7.1 El telèfon no s'encén
- Assegureu-vos que la bateria estigui carregada. Connecteu el telèfon a un carregador i espereu uns minuts abans d'intentar tornar-lo a engegar.
- Mantingueu premut el botó d'engegada durant almenys 10-15 segons per forçar un reinici.
7.2 Problemes de connectivitat de xarxa
- Comproveu si la targeta SIM està inserida correctament.
- Verify that mobile data or Wi-Fi is enabled in Settings.
- Prova de reiniciar el telèfon.
- If using mobile data, ensure you have an active plan with your carrier.
7.3 Les aplicacions es bloquegen o es bloquegen
- Tanqueu l'aplicació i torneu-la a obrir.
- Clear the app's cache and data (Settings > Apps & notifications > [App Name] > Storage & cache).
