4.1 Configuració inicial

• Option 1: Car Charger (Standard)
  1. Insert the car charger into the car's cigarette lighter.
  2. Connect the charging extension cable from the car charger to the device's USB port.
  3. The device will start automatically when the car engine launches.
• Option 2: Hardwire Kit (Buck Line) for 24H Parking Monitoring (Optional, purchase separately)

  The parking monitoring mode requires a three-core buck line connection. Ordinary car chargers cannot trigger this function.

  

  1. Connect the negative pole (black wire) of the Hardwire Kit to the ground of the car fuse box.
  2. For continuous 24-hour parking monitoring, connect the positive pole (red wire) of the Hardwire Kit to the BAT (constant power) interface of the car fuse box.
  3. If you want monitoring to stop when the car is off, connect the positive pole (red wire) of the Hardwire Kit to the ACC (switched power) interface of the car fuse box.
  4. When wiring, lay the charging extension cable along the edge of the car windshield.

4.4 GPS Module Connection (Optional)

5.1 Power Key Functions

5.2 Mobile App (Viidure)

The Viidure app allows you to control the DVR, view real-time video, and manage recorded files.

1. App Store: For iOS devices, search "Viidure" in the App Store. For Android devices, search "Viidure" in the Google Play Store.

3. Once connected, open the "Viidure" app. It should automatically connect to the recorder, allowing you to access the recorder screen.

5.2.4 Carplay/Android Auto Connection (If applicable)

5.4.2 Mobile Version GPS Display

When GPS tracking is successful, the mobile app will display speed, direction, and coordinates.

The dash cam will automatically shut down if the car battery voltage drops below 11.7V to prevent draining the car battery.

When this feature is enabled, the dash cam continuously records. If the memory card becomes full, the oldest video files will be automatically overwritten by new recordings. Videos locked by the G-Sensor or parking monitoring will not be overwritten.

The G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or emergencies. When triggered, the recorder immediately locks the current video file to protect it from being overwritten.

5.8 WDR Dynamic Light Processing

Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology helps eliminate glare and dimming, providing clearer video footage in challenging lighting conditions.

2. Recording automatically stops: This can happen due to large high-definition video data. Ensure you are using an SDHC compatible, high-speed TF card (Class 10 identity).
3. "File" error when replaying pictures/videos: This indicates incomplete files or memory card data issues. Use the Car DVR's "Format" function to reformat the card.
4. Image is foggy: Check the lens for dirt or fingerprints. Wipe the lens with lens paper before recording.
5. Recorder does not work: Press the reset key (if available) with a sharp object, or press the power button 5 times continuously, then restart the device to restore normal operation.
6. Cannot connect to the product via mobile phone:
   • Ensure your mobile phone is not connected to other Wi-Fi hotspots. The app can only connect when your phone's Wi-Fi is directly connected to the recorder's Wi-Fi.
   • If the real-time picture is stuck, it may be due to a weak Wi-Fi signal (e.g., phone too far from the recorder) or interference from too many other Wi-Fi signals in the vicinity.
7. Preview speed in the album is very slow: This may occur if there are too many video files on the TF card, causing timeouts when retrieving file information. Regularly format your TF card.
8. Computer cannot play video recordings smoothly: The product uses H.264 compression (TS/MOV/MP4 format). Many built-in Windows media players may not support H.264 encoding or may struggle with playback. It is recommended to download professional video playback software (e.g., PotPlayer).
9. Wi-Fi password forgotten: Reset the device to factory settings using the power button reset method (press 5 times continuously) to clear the Wi-Fi password.
10. Rear camera not working: Ensure the rear camera is properly connected to the AV port and its wiring is correct. If the issue persists, the camera unit may be faulty.
11. GPS module not included/working: The GPS module is optional and may not be included in all packages. If purchased, ensure it is correctly connected and allowed time to acquire a signal (GPS icon turns green).
12. Dash cam heats up and stops: Ensure you are using the standard car charger and not a data cable. Overheating can be caused by improper power supply or a faulty unit.
13. Parking mode stops recording after a few minutes: Ensure the hardwire kit is correctly installed and connected to a constant power source (BAT) in the fuse box. Check the low voltage protection setting (11.7V).
