4. Configuració i connexió
4.1 Càrrega inicial
Before first use, fully charge the scanner. Connect the USB Charging Cable to the scanner's charging port and to a 5V/1A USB power source (e.g., computer USB port or wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours. The 1800mAh battery provides up to 9 hours of scanning time and 720 hours of standby time.

4.2 Mètodes de connexió
The EY-1900 offers three ways to connect to your device:

- Mode sense fil 2.4G:
- Insert the provided USB Dongle into an available USB port on your computer or host device.
- The scanner will automatically connect to the dongle. A successful connection is usually indicated by a specific sound or LED indicator on the scanner.
- This mode offers a transmission distance of up to 150m/492ft in barrier-free environments and 30m/98ft with obstacles.
- Mode Bluetooth 4.1:
- Ensure your host device (PC, smartphone, tablet) has Bluetooth enabled.
- Put the scanner into Bluetooth pairing mode (refer to the included quick start guide for specific barcode scans to activate this mode).
- On your host device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Eyoyo EY-1900" (or similar name) to pair.
- This mode supports HID, SPP, and BLE protocols and offers a transmission distance of up to 50m/164ft in barrier-free environments and 15m/49ft with obstacles.
- Mode USB per cable:
- Connect the scanner directly to your computer using the provided USB Charging Cable.
- The scanner will function as a plug-and-play device, and data will be transmitted directly via the USB cable.
5. Modes de funcionament
The EY-1900 supports two primary data upload modes:

- In this mode, scanned barcode data is immediately transmitted to your connected device.
- This is ideal for real-time inventory management or point-of-sale applications.
- Storage Mode (Offline Scanning):
- The scanner stores barcode data in its internal 16MB memory (up to 100,000 barcodes) when not connected or when operating offline.
- To upload the stored data, connect the scanner to your device and activate the upload function (refer to the included quick start guide for the specific barcode scan to initiate data upload).
- This mode is useful for mobile inventory tasks where a constant connection is not feasible.

8. Manteniment
- Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar l'exterior de l'escàner. Per a la finestra d'escaneig, feu servir un drap de neteja de lents per evitar ratllades. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni dissolvents.
- Cura de la bateria: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the scanner regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period. Store in a cool, dry place.
