1. Introducció
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your PWM DC Motor Speed Controller with Digital Display. This module is designed to provide precise speed control for DC motors, featuring a digital display for 0-100% speed indication and an adjustable drive module.
The product is an upgraded V2 version, offering improved stability compared to the original.

Nota important:
Due to drastic changes in storage and transportation temperatures, condensation or frosting may occur. In such cases, the driver should be left for 12 hours until its temperature matches the ambient temperature before powering on.
3. Configuració i instal·lació
Wiring Matching:
Connect the power and motor wires strictly according to the nameplate. Ensure the phase sequence, voltage, and current do not exceed the standard limits. The grounding must be firm.

Notes generals d'instal·lació:
- Ensure good ventilation when installing the driver.
- If multiple drivers are used in parallel within a cabinet, maintain a distance of at least 5cm between them.
- For safety, always connect the driver's grounding terminal to the equipment's protective ground.
4. Funcionament
Configuració de paràmetres:
Before starting up, adapt the rated parameters of the motor (power, speed, rated current) to the controller. Adjust the protection values (overcurrent, overheating, undervoltage) as needed.

Avoid frequent start/stop cycles, forward/reverse rotation with carrier frequency, and soft start/soft stop. Prevent overloading and operating at excessive speeds.

5. Manteniment
Protecció del medi ambient:
Keep the controller away from dust, oil stains, and accumulated water. Operate within the rated temperature range and ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation. Regularly clean any filter screens.
Maintenance Operations:
- During maintenance, the power must be cut off and discharged.
- It is strictly prohibited to plug and unplug wiring or remove the cover plate while the power is on.
- Regularly check the wiring terminals for looseness and erosion.
Adaptation Protection:
For outdoor or corrosive environments, use a protective controller with waterproof sealing for cables to prevent foreign objects from entering the housing.
6. Solució De Problemes
Tractament d'errors:
If an alarm occurs and the unit shuts down, first power off. Troubleshoot the issue (check wiring, motor, and load), then reset the unit. It is strictly prohibited to operate the device with known faults.
If the controller experiences an over-temperature shutdown, ensure additional heat sinks are installed if necessary.
If an overcurrent (short circuit) fault occurs, check the motor wiring and other potential short circuits. After clearing the fault, power cycle the unit to reset.
If there is no motor fault indication, check the motor wiring. After confirming the wiring is correct, power cycle the unit to reset.
7. Consells d'usuari
- Voltage Compatibilitat: This controller supports a wide voltage range from 9V to 60V. Always verify that your power supply and motor voltage are within this range for optimal performance and safety.
- Mètode de control: The speed is adjusted via the integrated potentiometer and displayed digitally from 0-100%. This controller is not designed for 0-10V analog input control.
- Load Requirement: The PWM controller must be connected to equipment (a motor) to function properly. Do not test the controller without a load.
