4.1 Compatibilitat de portes

Your smart lock offers multiple convenient ways to unlock:

- Contrasenya: Enter your personalized numerical code on the keypad.
- Targeta IC: Tap a registered IC card to unlock.
- Clau mecànica: Use the provided backup mechanical keys for traditional unlocking.
- Contrasenya temporal: Generate time-limited or one-time passwords via the app for guests or service personnel.

5.3 Always-Open Function
This mode allows the door to remain unlocked without requiring verification for entry and exit.
To set Always Open Mode: Press the button on the inner door handle for 5 seconds, then release it after it flashes. The lock will now be in always-open mode. Repeat this operation to cancel the always-on mode.

6.1 Battery Installation and Replacement
- The lock requires 4 AAA batteries (not included).
- Ensure correct installation of the battery's positive and negative poles to prevent circuit board damage from a short circuit.
- The lock features an ultra-long range and will provide a low battery warning when power drops below 20%.
- In case of complete battery depletion, use the Type-C emergency power interface or the mechanical key for emergency access.

- A: If this occurs, it's possible your fingerprints were not programmed correctly. We recommend reviewing the detailed user manual or any available video tutorials for the correct registration process. Re-register your fingerprints carefully.
- Q: How can I verify successful fingerprint registration?
- A: After registering your first fingerprint, test the lock with an unregistered finger. If the unregistered finger cannot unlock the door, your programming was successful. If it can, please re-register your fingerprint following the instructions precisely.
- Q: How can I improve the accuracy of fingerprint recognition?
- A: When programming your fingerprints, place your finger at different angles and positions each time to ensure a larger and more comprehensive area of your fingerprint is scanned and stored by the sensor.
- Q: What happens if the battery's positive and negative poles are installed incorrectly?
- A: Incorrect battery installation can lead to a short circuit, potentially causing damage to the circuit board of the lock. Always ensure batteries are inserted with the correct polarity.
