2.1 Desembalatge i components
Upon receiving your LODESTAR DC Power Supply, carefully unpack the contents. The package typically includes:

2.2 Selecció d'entrada de potència
Before connecting the power supply to a wall outlet, ensure the input voltage switch on the rear panel is set correctly for your region (110V or 220V). Incorrect selection can damage the unit.

2.3 Connecting Output Leads
Connect the provided power output lines to the red (+) and black (-) terminals on the front panel of the power supply. Ensure a secure connection.

3.1 Encès/Apagat
Press the 'OUTPUT ON/OFF' button on the front panel to turn the power output on or off. The display will show 'OFF' when the output is disabled.

Utilitzeu el 'VOL'TAGE' and 'CURRENT' adjustment knobs to set the desired output voltage and current. The unit features double potentiometers for more precise adjustment. The LED four-digit numerical display shows voltage, current, and power values simultaneously.


3.3 Memory Functions (M1, M2, M3)
The LKD series models feature three sets of storage/retrieval data (M1-M3). To store a setting, adjust the voltage and current to the desired values, then long-press the corresponding M1, M2, or M3 button until its indicator light illuminates. To recall a stored setting, lightly press the M1, M2, or M3 button.

3.4 Over Current Protection (OCP) and Over Voltage Protecció (OVP)
The power supply includes OCP and OVP functions to protect connected circuits. When the actual output value exceeds the preset OCP or OVP limit, the protection function is triggered, and the output is disabled.

4. Manteniment
4.1 Atenció general
Keep the power supply clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

The power supply features a temperature-controlled cooling fan. The fan will automatically activate when the internal temperature reaches approximately 50°C to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Ensure the fan vents on the side of the unit are not obstructed.

4.3 Display Screen Protection
The display screen is covered with a protective film to prevent scratches during shipping and initial use. If you notice any imperfections on the screen, carefully check for and remove this protective film.

5.1 No Power Output / Screen Not Displaying
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the input voltage switch on the rear is set correctly (110V/220V).
- If the screen does not display or the unit does not power on upon receipt, contact customer support immediately.
5.2 Current Adjustment Issues
If you are unable to adjust the current, it may be because there is no electronic load connected. To adjust the current, connect an electronic load or create a short circuit between the output terminals (briefly, and with caution) and then adjust the current knob. If issues persist, contact customer support.
5.3 Display Delay After Power Off
Due to the use of high-quality capacitance, there may be a slight delay in the display turning off after the power is cut. This is normal behavior and the screen will turn off completely after a few seconds.
