3. Guia de configuració

3.1. Llista de comprovació prèvia a la instal·lació

  • Ensure your smartphone or tablet is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with internet access.
  • Have the correct Wi-Fi password ready.
  • Your smartphone or tablet must have access to the APP Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  • Your Wi-Fi router should be Mac-open.

3.2. Device Pairing with Ewelink APP

  1. Download and Install Ewelink APP: Cerca "Ewelink" in your device's app store and install it.
  2. Registra't/Inici de sessió: If you don't have an Ewelink account, register for one. Otherwise, log in with your existing credentials.
  3. Engegueu el dispositiu: Connect the smart switch module to a power source (DC/AC 7-32V, AC 85-250V, or Micro USB 5V depending on your model).

  6. Select Pairing Mode: The app will typically suggest "Fast mode." If this fails, you can try "Compatible mode" (AP mode).
  7. Connect to Device Hotspot (for Compatible Mode): If using compatible mode, the app will instruct you to connect your phone to the device's Wi-Fi hotspot (e.g., "ITEAD-XXXX"). The default password is usually "12345678". After connecting, return to the Ewelink app.
  8. Input Wi-Fi Password: Enter your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network password into the app.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1. APP Remote Control

Once the device is paired, you can control it from anywhere using the Ewelink APP:

  • Activar/Desactivar: Tap the on/off buttons within the app to control the connected device. The app displays the real-time status of the switch.
  • Horaris: Set single, repeat, or delayed timers to automate device operation. You can schedule up to 8 timers.

4.2. Control per veu

The smart switch is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home/Nest, allowing for convenient voice commands.

  • Connect Voice Assistant: Follow the instructions in the Ewelink APP to link your Amazon Alexa or Google Home account.

5. Modes de funcionament

The smart switch supports two main modes: Inching and Self-locking.

5.1. Inching Mode

In inching mode, the relay will turn on for a set duration (default 1 second) and then automatically turn off, or vice-versa. This is ideal for momentary actions.

  • Funcionalitat: Press the relay button in the mobile app, and the relay will activate for the set inching time before returning to its original state.
  • Adjusting Inching Time: The inching time can be customized within the Ewelink APP.

5.2. Self-locking Mode

In self-locking mode, the relay acts as a standard on/off switch. Once activated, it remains in that state until manually changed.

  • Funcionalitat: Pressing the relay button in the app will toggle its state (on to off, or off to on).

8. Solució De Problemes

  • Device not pairing/offline:

    • If the device remains offline, try restarting the module and your router.
    • If issues persist, on the Ewelink App homepage, click the icon in the lower right corner of the interface to enter "Personal hotspot" settings and try to re-read/re-pair.

    • Ensure your Ewelink account is correctly linked to Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
    • Check that the device name in Ewelink matches the name used in your voice assistant app.
    • Verify that your voice assistant device (e.g., Echo, Google Home speaker) is online and properly configured.
