4. Instruccions de configuració

  1. Instal·lació de la targeta SIM

    Locate the Nano SIM card slot on the BG96 module. Gently insert your Nano SIM card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the SIM card is oriented correctly as shown in the diagram below.

  2. Connexió d'antena

    The BG96 module supports two types of antenna interfaces: IPEX 1st generation and TS-9. The provided antennas typically use TS-9 connectors. Connect the 4G antenna to the main antenna interface and the GPS antenna to the GPS antenna interface. Note that TS-9 and IPEX interfaces cannot be used simultaneously for the same function.

  3. Connexió USB

    Plug the BG96 USB Dongle into an available USB port on your computer or host device. The device will typically be recognized automatically, but drivers may be required for full functionality.

  4. Serial Port Connection (Optional)

    For advanced development or debugging, the module features a 1.25 pitch 5Pin serial port. Refer to Figure 4 for the pinout: 5V, GND, RX, TX, RESET.

    For Windows (7/8/8.1/10), Linux, and Android operating systems, specific USB drivers are available. These drivers are crucial for the host device to properly communicate with the BG96 module.   2. Connexió de xarxa

    Once drivers are installed and the SIM card is active, the module should attempt to connect to the cellular network. You can monitor the connection status through the module's status indicator or via AT commands through the serial interface.

  3. GNSS Functionality

    If using the GPS+BD+Glonass antenna, the module can acquire location data. This functionality is optional and depends on your application's requirements and software configuration.

6. Manteniment
