Follow these steps to set up your UGREEN Triple Display USB C HUB:

1. Connect the Hub to your Laptop: Plug the integrated USB-C cable of the docking station into a compatible USB-C port on your laptop. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports Power Delivery and DisplayPort 1.2/1.4 (or USB4/Thunderbolt 3/4/5) for full functionality.
2. Connect Power (Optional but Recommended): For stable operation and to charge your laptop, connect a 100W PD wall charger (not included) to the USB-C PD port on the hub.

• Triple Display (Windows): Connect three monitors using HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and DP ports. For Windows, this supports MST (Multi-Stream Transport) for extended desktop across all three displays.
• Triple Display (macOS): Due to macOS limitations, all extended monitors will display the same content (mirroring mode, e.g., AAAA or ABBB). Differential display (ABCD) is not supported.

Q1: When I connect to more than 2 monitors with Mac, why do both monitors show the same image?

A1: When connected to dual or triple monitors, devices running macOS only support screen mirroring, which means it only supports AAAA or ABBB display modes. It does NOT support differential display (ABCD).

Q2: How can I troubleshoot if my dual monitors cannot achieve 4K@60Hz simultaneously?

A2: This might be due to the bandwidth limitation of the laptop. You can take the following steps:
1). Ensure that your laptop supports DP 1.4.
2). Replace your HDMI cables with high-standard HDMI cables.

Q3: Why can't I charge at 100W?
