• In daily use, choose a suitable size for your fingers, avoiding wearing it too tightly. Keep the contact area of the ring dry, and wipe it in time if it comes into contact with water. If symptoms such as redness and swelling appear in the contact area, stop using immediately and consult a doctor.

The COLMI R03 Smart Ring is equipped with internal sensors for health monitoring. The sensor array includes a green light for heart rate detection and a red light for blood oxygen detection. A charging port is also integrated into the design.

5. Configuració

5.1. Encès

To power on the device, connect the charging cable to the ring. The heart rate light (green light) will illuminate to indicate successful startup.

5.2. Connexió a l'aplicació

The COLMI R03 Smart Ring connects to your smartphone via the 'QRing' app. You can download the 'QRing' app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). Once installed, open the app and ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. The app should automatically connect to the ring when launched. The ring independently performs body monitoring and records blood oxygen and heart rate status. The data will be updated within the app once connected.

How to Measure Your Ring Size:

1. Pas 1: Take a long non-elastic rope or paper, and wrap it around your finger.
2. Pas 2: Make the rope or paper fit closely to your fingers to avoid being too loose or too tight, which may cause size deviation.
3. Pas 3: Mark the junction part on the rope or paper.
4. Pas 4: Lay the rope or paper flat, and measure the length. It is recommended to measure multiple times for more accurate data.

6.2. App Data Visualization

The QRing app provides daily, weekly, and monthly data visualization for energy consumption, average daily step count, and average daily standing count. It also allows for real-time heart rate measurement and blood oxygen detection.

The COLMI R03 Smart Ring is equipped with a charging case for convenient charging. The ring offers a single-time endurance of approximately 3-5 days. The charging case, when fully charged, can provide about 13 full charges for the ring.

During charging, the red light on the ring will flash. Once the ring is fully charged, the green light will flash.
