5. Configuració

5.1 Càrrega inicial del banc d'energia extern

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your power bank. Connect the provided charger cable to the power bank's input port (Micro USB or USB Type-C) and plug the other end into a suitable power adapter (not included). The digital display will show the charging progress.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Comprovació del nivell de la bateria

Press the power button (5) once to activate the digital LED display (6), which will show the current battery percentage del banc d'energia.

6.2 Càrrega de dispositius externs

Connect your device to one of the power bank's output ports (USB 1, USB 4, or Type-C 2) using a compatible charging cable. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The digital display may show a 'SUPER FAST CHARGE' indicator if your device supports it.

7. Manteniment

• Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar el banc d'energia. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni materials abrasius.
• Emmagatzematge: Guardeu el banc d'energia en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
• Cura de la bateria: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
• Evita els impactes: Protegiu el dispositiu de caigudes i impactes, que poden danyar els components interns.

8. Solució De Problemes

• El banc d'energia no es carrega: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the power adapter. Try a different cable or adapter.
• El dispositiu no es carrega des del banc d'alimentació: Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge. Check if the charging cable is properly connected to both the power bank's output port and your device. Try a different cable or output port.
• Càrrega lenta: Ensure your device and cable support fast charging. Some devices may charge slower if multiple devices are connected simultaneously or if the power bank's charge is low.
• La pantalla digital no funciona: Press the power button to activate the display. If it remains off, the power bank might be fully discharged or require service.
• El banc d'energia s'escalfa durant l'ús: It is normal for the power bank to warm up during fast charging or heavy use. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and allow it to cool down.
