Upon unpacking your Ottocast Ottoscreen Max, please ensure all the following items are present:

5. Configuració

5.1 Instal·lació física

1. Attach the installation bracket to the back of the Ottoscreen Max display unit.
2. Securely mount the display unit on your car's dashboard using the provided bracket. Ensure it does not obstruct your view o interferir amb els airbags.
3. Connect the car charger power cable to the Type-C port on the side of the Ottoscreen Max and plug the other end into your car's 12V power outlet.
4. If using a rear camera, connect its cable to the "Rear Camera In" port on the display unit. Route the cable carefully to avoid interference.
5. Insert a Class 10 Speed TF/Micro SD card (minimum 32GB, up to 256GB) into the Micro SD Card Slot for DVR recording.

• Bluetooth: Pair your smartphone directly to the Ottoscreen Max via Bluetooth for audio playback. The Ottoscreen Max can also connect to your car's Bluetooth system if available.

6.1 Encès/Apagat

The device will typically power on automatically when your car starts and power off when the car is turned off. You can also manually power it on/off using the designated button on the unit.

6.3 DVR Recording

The Ottoscreen Max features a built-in DVR for recording driving footage. Ensure a compatible Micro SD card is inserted.

Cannot connect to Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto:

Verify that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone. Ensure your phone is not already connected to another CarPlay/Android Auto device. Try restarting both the Ottoscreen Max and your phone.

Poor phone call quality:

The device has a built-in microphone. Ensure there are no obstructions near the microphone. If using your car's speakers, check the audio connection method (AUX, FM, Bluetooth) for interference. Adjust volume levels on both the device and your car stereo. Some users report that call quality can vary; ensure your phone's Bluetooth is stable.

FM Transmitter not working or has static:

Select an FM frequency on the Ottoscreen Max that is completely clear and unused in your area. Tune your car's radio precisely to this frequency. Avoid frequencies used by strong local radio stations.

DVR recording issues:

Ensure a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card is inserted and properly formatted. Check if the SD card is full; if so, back up data and format it. Verify recording settings in the device menu.
