- Verify Imou Notifications are enabled in your phone's settings ("Settings" -> "Notifications" on iPhone, and "Me" -> "Settings" -> "Notice" on Imou APP).
- Ensure the event (e.g., motion detection) is enabled in the device settings and its time schedule is valid.
- Confirm the device is connected to the internet.
