1. Introducció

The EARU EAEMP3C-100-TY-W is a smart 3-phase energy meter and protector designed for comprehensive electrical system management. It offers real-time monitoring of energy consumption, voltage, current, and frequency, along with advanced protection features against over/under voltage, over/under current, leakage, and high temperature. Integrated with Tuya WiFi, it allows for remote control and monitoring via a smartphone application, supporting voice control through Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

WARNING: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician. Disconnect power before installation or maintenance. Do not operate the device if it is damaged. Ensure proper grounding. Follow all local electrical codes and regulations.

5.1 Dimensions físiques

Refer to the diagram below for the physical dimensions of the device and current transformer.

5.2 Esquema de cablejat

Follow the wiring diagram carefully for correct installation. Ensure all power is disconnected before proceeding.

Note: One zero wire and three fire wires must pass through the current transformer at the same time. Otherwise, no leakage value can be detected.

Press down on the yellow button to insert the connector, then connect the connector to the transformer.

5.3 App Pairing (Tuya Smart / Smart Life)

To enable smart features, pair your device with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life application.

1. Download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app from your smartphone's app store.
2. Registreu-vos o inicieu sessió al vostre compte.
3. On the device, the WiFi indicator light will flash. Fast flashing indicates it's searching for a WiFi signal.
4. In the app, tap 'Add Device' or the '+' icon. The app may automatically detect the device.
5. If the device does not connect automatically, long-press the third key on the meter's screen (the one showing voltage) for three seconds to initiate pairing mode.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the pairing process, including entering your WiFi network credentials.
7. Once successfully paired, the WiFi indicator light will be solid, and the device will appear in your app.

The app interface allows for monitoring and control. An example of the app's energy statistics and settings is shown below.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Modes de visualització

The device features an upgraded color screen with two main display modes:

• Mode 1: Volum de visualitzaciótage, Total Electricity Consumption, Current, Forward Electricity Consumption, Power, Reverse Electricity Consumption, Power Factor, and Frequency.
• Mode 2: Displays A-Phase Power Parameters & Temperature, B-Phase Power Parameters & Temperature, and C-Phase Power Parameters & Temperature.

6.2 Funcions del temporitzador

The device supports three time setting modes via the app:

• Mode de sincronització: Set a specific time for the device to turn on or off (e.g., turn on living room lights at 18:00).
• Mode de compte enrere: Set a countdown timer for the device to turn off after a specified duration (e.g., turn off bedroom lights after 20 minutes).
• Cycle Timing Mode: Schedule recurring on/off cycles (e.g., turn on before getting up, turn off after work).

6.3 Control remot i control per veu

Once paired with the Tuya Smart app, you can remotely control the device from anywhere. The device is also compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice control commands.

7. Configuració d'alarma

The device offers various protection functions with adjustable alarm thresholds. The alarm function is automatically turned on after setting the threshold, and the protection tripping switch can be turned on or off.

7.1 Adjusting Settings on the Device

You can adjust fault settings directly on the device:

1. Long press OK key: To enter the settings states and show the settings.

3. Short press OK key: To confirm the settings on the current page and jump to the next settings page.
4. Long press OK key: To exit the settings states and save the settings.

8. Manteniment

• Neteja: Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

• Condicions ambientals: Ensure the device is operated within its specified temperature and humidity ranges.

9. Solució De Problemes

El dispositiu no s'encén:

Check the main power supply and ensure all wiring connections are correct and secure.

Problemes de connexió Wi-Fi:

If the WiFi indicator light is fast flashing, it's searching for a signal. Slow flashing indicates an offline status. Long-press the third key on the meter's screen (the one showing voltage) for three seconds to initiate pairing mode if it doesn't connect automatically. Ensure your router is working and the device is within range.

No leakage value detected:

Ensure one zero wire and three fire wires pass through the current transformer at the same time. Incorrect CT wiring will prevent leakage detection.

Protection tripping unexpectedly:

Review your alarm settings (Over Voltage, sota el voltage, Over Current, etc.) in the app or on the device. Ensure the thresholds are appropriate for your electrical load and system. Check for actual electrical faults in your system.

Lectures inexactes:

Verify that the current transformer is correctly installed and all wiring is secure. Ensure the device is configured for the correct phase system (3-phase).

El dispositiu no respon:

Try restarting the device by cycling its power. If issues persist, consider resetting to factory settings (refer to the settings menu, default OFF).

• For optimal performance, ensure your WiFi network is stable and within range of the device.
• Regularment review energy consumption statistics in the app to identify potential energy savings and optimize usage.
• Utilize the scheduling features (Timing, Countdown, Cycle Time) to automate power control for appliances and lighting, enhancing convenience and energy efficiency.
• Familiarize yourself with the alarm settings to customize protection levels according to your specific needs and local electrical standards.
