5. Instruccions de configuració

Follow these steps to properly assemble your meat grinder before use:

1. Connect the Grinding Head: Release the button on the side of the motor unit and connect the grinding head (tube) to the machine. Ensure it clicks securely into place.

3. Attach the Cutting Blade: Place the cutting blade onto the end of the feed screw. Ensure the sharp edges of the blade are facing outwards, towards the front of the grinding head.

5. Secure with Fixing Ring: Screw the fixing ring onto the grinding head to secure the cutting blade and plate. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
6. Place the Hopper Plate: Assemble the hopper plate on top of the grinding head.

Important: Always ensure the cutting blade is installed with the sharp side facing outwards for proper operation.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Moler carn

1. Ensure the meat grinder is properly assembled with the desired grinding plate.
2. Cut meat into pieces that fit easily into the hopper opening. Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.

4. Plug in the appliance and press the Power button to turn it ON.
5. Feed the meat into the hopper. Use the food pusher to gently guide the meat down the grinding head. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
6. After grinding, press the Power button to turn the appliance OFF and unplug it.

6.2 Making Sausage

1. Assemble the grinder with the sausage stuffer kit (feed screw, cutting blade, and sausage funnel).

4. Turn on the grinder and feed the meat mixture into the hopper.
5. As the meat fills the casing, gently guide it off the funnel, ensuring it fills evenly without air pockets.

1. Desmuntatge: Unplug the appliance. Press the release button and remove the grinding head. Disassemble all components: hopper plate, fixing ring, cutting plate, cutting blade, and feed screw.
2. Remullar: Soak all removable accessories (except the motor unit) in warm water with a mild detergent for a few minutes.
3. Rentar: Use a clean brush to thoroughly wash all parts, removing any meat residue.
4. Esbandida: Rinse all parts under running water until clean.
5. Seca: Dry all parts immediately and thoroughly to prevent rust.
