1. Introducció

The EZ9901 Digital PH/TDS/TEMP Meter is a versatile 3-in-1 handheld device designed for accurate measurement of Potential Hydrogen (pH), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Electrical Conductivity (EC), and Temperature in various water sources. 5. Configuració i funcionament

5.1 Encès/Apagat

Premeu el botó ON/OFF botó per encendre o apagar el mesurador.

5.2 Mode Switching (pH / TDS)

To switch between pH and TDS measurement modes:

1. Enceneu el mesurador prement ON/OFF.
2. The display will show the last used mode (e.g., TEMP).
3. Premeu el botó MODE button to cycle through pH and TDS modes.

5.3 Temperature Unit Switching (°C / °F)

To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) temperature units:

1. Enceneu el mesurador prement ON/OFF.
2. The display will show the current temperature unit.
3. Premeu el botó TEMP/CAL button to toggle between °C and °F.

5.4 TDS Calibration

The instrument is factory calibrated for TDS. If recalibration is necessary, use a 1413µs/cm standard solution.

1. Prepare 250ml of 1413µs/cm standard solution.
2. Enceneu el comptador.
3. Premeu el botó MODE button to enter TDS mode.
4. Manteniu premut el botó TEMP/CAL button for 5 seconds. The display will flash '706' three times.
5. The TDS calibration is finished.

5.5 Calibració de pH

The meter supports 1, 2, or 3-point pH calibration using standard buffer solutions (6.86, 4.00, 9.18 pH).

1. For 6.86 pH point:
   1. Prepare 250ml of 6.86 pH standard solution.
   2. Enceneu el comptador.
   3. Premeu el botó MODE button to enter pH mode.
   4. Manteniu premut el botó TEMP/CAL button for 5 seconds. The display will flash '6.86' three times.
   5. The 6.86 pH calibration is finished.
2. For 4.00 pH point (after 6.86 pH calibration):
   1. Prepare 250ml of 4.00 pH standard solution.
   2. Ensure 6.86 pH calibration is complete.
   3. Premeu breument TEMP/CAL button again. The display will flash '4.00' three times.
   4. The 4.00 pH calibration is finished.
3. For 9.18 pH point (after 6.86 pH calibration):
   1. Prepare 250ml of 9.18 pH standard solution.
   2. Ensure 6.86 pH calibration is complete.
   3. Premeu breument TEMP/CAL button again. The display will flash '9.18' three times.
   4. The 9.18 pH calibration is finished.

Nota: If you calibrate the meter in the wrong solution or in the air, it will flash "ERR" on the screen. The meter will return to the last step of operation. If necessary, recalibrate the meter.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Substitució de la bateria

When the low battery indicator flashes, it's time to replace the batteries.

1. Turn the protection cap left to remove it.
2. Pull out the old electrode horizontally.

• "ERR" Message During Calibration: If the display shows "ERR" during calibration, it indicates that the meter was calibrated in the wrong solution or in the air. Please ensure the correct buffer solution is used and the electrode is fully immersed. Recalibrate the meter following the steps in Section 5.4 and 5.5.
• Lectures inexactes:
  • Ensure the electrode is clean. Rinse with distilled water.
