4. Muntatge

The DayPlus Steam Mop requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:

Fixeu el capçal de la fregona: Align the mop head with the main body and push firmly until it locks.
Attach Microfibre Pad: Place a microfibre mop pad onto the bottom of the mop head. The pad will adhere via Velcro or similar fastening.
Optional: Attach Carpet Glider: For carpet cleaning, place the carpet glider over the microfibre mop pad on the mop head. Ensure it snaps securely into place.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua

Ensure the steam mop is unplugged from the power outlet.
Locate the water tank cap (water tank-stopper) on the main body.
Open the cap and use the provided measuring cup to fill the 400ml water tank with distilled or demineralized water. Do not overfill.

5.2 Powering On and Steam Generation

Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The power cord is 4.8 meters long for extended reach.
Press the power switch (located on the main body) to turn on the appliance.
The steam mop will heat up in approximately 20 seconds.
Adjust the steam volume using the two-level adjustment control (flow control switch) as needed for your cleaning task.

5.3 Cleaning Various Surfaces

The DayPlus Steam Mop is suitable for:

Sòls durs: Marble, ceramic tiles, stone, sealed hardwood flooring. Move the mop slowly and steadily over the surface.
Carpets/Rugs: Attach the carpet glider over the microfibre mop pad. Move the mop over the carpet to refresh, sanitize, and deodorize.
Detachable Handheld Steamer: The main body can be detached for handheld steaming of various surfaces, upholstery, and even steaming creases out of clothing.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Cleaning the Microfibre Pads

The two microfibre mop pads are washable and reusable. After each use, remove the pad from the mop head and clean it in a washing machine. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the microfibres.

6.2 Draining and Storing the Water Tank

After each use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Open the water tank cap and drain any remaining water. Store the mop in a dry place. The power cord can be neatly wrapped around the handle for easy storage.

6.3 Descaling (If Necessary)

If you notice a decrease in steam output or mineral buildup, descaling may be necessary. Consult the full user manual (if available) for detailed descaling instructions. Generally, this involves using a descaling solution or a vinegar-water mixture, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
