3. Guia de configuració

3.1 Contingut del paquet

Before starting, please ensure all items are present in the package:

  • 1 x S85 Pro Translator Device
  • 1 x Cable de càrrega (Tipus C)
  • 1 x Manual d'usuari

3.2 Càrrega del dispositiu

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device's charging port and a 5V/1A power adapter. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

3.3 Engegada/apagada

  • Per encendre: Press and hold the Power switch button located on the side of the device until the screen lights up.
  • Per apagar: Press and hold the Power switch button, then select 'Power Off' on the screen.

3.4 Configuració inicial

  1. Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred system language (e.g., English, Chinese, Japanese).
  2. Connect to a Wi-Fi network for online translation features. Go to 'Settings' > 'WLAN' and select your network.

The device supports online translation for 138 languages with high accuracy and speed (0.1s).

  1. Assegureu-vos que el dispositiu estigui connectat a la Wi-Fi.
  2. From the home screen, tap 'Online translation'.
  3. Select the source and target languages.
  4. Press and hold the corresponding voice key (Voice key A or Voice key B, as shown in Figure 5) and speak clearly. Release the button to hear and see the translation.

4.2 Traducció fora de línia

The device comes with 19 pre-installed offline translation packages, allowing translation without an internet connection.

  1. Tap 'Offline translate' on the home screen.
  2. Select the desired offline language pair.
  3. Speak into the microphone to get instant translations.

4.3 Traducció de fotos

Translate text from images using the built-in 5MP camera.

  1. Tap 'Photo translate' on the home screen.
  2. Point the camera at the text you wish to translate (e.g., menus, signs).
  3. The device will automatically focus and translate the text, displaying it on the screen.

4.4 Simultaneous Interpretation

Engage in real-time conversations with simultaneous interpretation and bilingual subtitle display.

  1. Tap 'Simultaneous interpretation' on the home screen.
  2. Select the two languages for interpretation.
  3. Speak naturally; the device will provide real-time audio and text translation.

4.5 Smart Recording

Record audio and translate it in real-time.

  1. Tap 'Smart recording' on the home screen.
  2. Press the 'Record/pause button' (Figure 5) to start recording.
  3. The device will translate the recorded audio into the selected target language.

4.6 Group Translation

Create or join group chats with multiple users speaking different languages.

  1. Tap 'Group translation' on the home screen.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new group or join an existing one using a group ID.
  3. Communicate with up to 117 people, with messages translated in real-time.

4.7 Language Learning

Utilize the device to practice pronunciation and improve your language skills.

  1. Tap 'Language learning' on the home screen.
  2. Select the language you want to learn.
  3. Read the provided text and the device will score your pronunciation.

4.8 ChatGPT / AI Assistant

Access the integrated ChatGPT for intelligent voice services and information.

  1. Tap 'ChatGPT' on the home screen.
  2. Use voice commands to ask questions or request information (e.g., weather, time, travel encyclopedia).

Note: The 3.5 Version ChatGPT function offers 3 free uses per day. Additional uses may require payment.

4.9 Exchange Rate & Unit Conversion

Perform quick conversions for currencies and various units.

  1. Tap 'Exchange rate conversion' or 'Unit conversion' on the home screen.
  2. Input the value and select the desired units or currencies for conversion.

4.10 Phone Translation

Connect your translator to a mobile phone for enhanced communication.

  1. Tap 'Phone translation' on the home screen.
  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the translator with your mobile phone to establish a connection.
  3. Follow the prompts on both devices to initiate mobile translation.

5. Manteniment

  • Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar el dispositiu. Eviteu utilitzar netejadors líquids o aerosols.
  • Emmagatzematge: Guardeu el dispositiu en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
  • Cura de la bateria: Per allargar la durada de la bateria, eviteu descarregar completament el dispositiu amb freqüència. Carregueu-lo regularment.
  • Actualitzacions de programari: Periodically check for software updates in the device settings to ensure optimal performance and access to new features or language packs.

6. Solució De Problemes

6.1 Problemes comuns i solucions

  • El dispositiu no s'encén: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the issue persists, try performing a reset using the 'Reset key hole' (Figure 5).
  • No es pot connectar a la Wi-Fi: Check your Wi-Fi password and ensure the device is within range of the network. Restart the device and your router if necessary.
  • Translation accuracy issues: Ensure clear speech and proper pronunciation. For online translation, verify a stable internet connection. For offline translation, ensure the correct language packages are installed.
  • ChatGPT usage limit: Remember that the 3.5 Version ChatGPT function has a limit of 3 free uses per day. Further usage may require payment.
