4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

  1. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del comandament a distància.
  2. Feu lliscar la tapa de la bateria cap avall per obrir-la.
  3. Introduïu dues (2) piles AA, assegurant-vos que els terminals positiu (+) i negatiu (-) coincideixin amb els diagrames de l'interior del compartiment.
  4. Close the battery cover by sliding it back into place until it clicks.

4.2 Pairing the Remote Control with Your TV

The remote control uses Bluetooth for communication with your TV. Follow these steps to pair it:

  1. Ensure new AA batteries are correctly installed in the remote control.
  2. Turn on your Samsung TV by pressing the Power button on the remote control.
  3. If the Samsung Smart Remote does not pair to the TV automatically, point it at the remote control sensor of the TV.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Your remote control features a streamlined design for intuitive navigation and control of your compatible Samsung TV.

5.1 Funcions bàsiques

  • Botó d'encesa: Encén o apaga el televisor.
  • Directional Pad (Circular Button): Navega pels menús i selecciona elements.

To use voice control, press the Microphone button (microphone icon) and speak your command clearly into the remote control. Release the button when you are finished speaking.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Substitució de la bateria

Replace batteries when the remote control's response becomes sluggish or stops working. Always replace both AA batteries at the same time with new ones. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

6.2 Neteja

Netegeu el comandament a distància amb un drap suau i sec. No utilitzeu netejadors líquids ni materials abrasius, ja que poden danyar la superfície o els components interns.

6.3 Emmagatzematge

Store the remote control in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If the remote will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

7. Solució De Problemes

Problema Possible causa/solució
El comandament a distància no respon.
  • Comproveu si les piles estan correctament inserides i no estan esgotades. Substituïu-les si cal.
  • Assegureu-vos que no hi hagi obstacles entre el comandament a distància i el televisor.

Remote not pairing with TV.
  • Assegureu-vos que el televisor estigui encès.
  • Point the remote directly at the TV's remote control sensor.
  • Press and hold the BACK and START / PAUSE buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds or more.
  • Verify that your TV model is listed as compatible in Section 2.1.
El control per veu no funciona.
  • Assegureu-vos que el comandament a distància estigui correctament emparellat.
  • Parla clar i directament al micròfon.

Remote does not control cable box.
  • This remote control is designed to work only with compatible Samsung TVs and does not support external devices like cable boxes.
