3. Configuració i instal·lació

Careful installation is crucial for the safe and proper operation of your BMS. Please follow these instructions diligently.

Refer to the appropriate wiring diagram for your battery string configuration. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly polarized.

General Wiring Precautions:

• Always connect the positive (B+) and negative (B-) terminals of the BMS to the battery pack first.
• Connect the wires in strict accordance with the diagram, ensuring B- to the negative terminal of the load or charger.
• When soldering wires, ensure they are soldered in the correct order before plugging into the BMS.
• El sampling ribbon cable must be connected correctly. If the wiring sequence is reversed, it will damage the BMS.
• For parallel connection of lithium battery packs, ensure the battery pack voltage is the same. Each group of battery packs should have a total pressure difference of <1V to prevent parallel connection issues.
• For parallel charging lithium battery packs, manually disconnect the discharging MOS in the Bluetooth APP control center interface and then parallel charge.

Activating the BMS:

The BMS is automatically activated when used for the first time. If the BMS enters a dormant state, it can be activated in one of four ways:

1. Use a key switch (if installed).
2. Press buttons on the WiFi module or SOC indicator.
3. Connect to the Mobile APP via CAN/RS485 communication or Bluetooth.
4. Charge or discharge the battery.

Before activation, ensure the BMS, cables, battery, and NTC are all correctly connected.

The Daly Smart Active Balance BMS offers multiple ways to monitor and control your battery system.

The self-developed "Balance BMS" APP allows you to monitor battery data at any time. It is available on iOS and Google Play stores and supports 7 languages (Russian, Norwegian, German, French, Chinese, English, Spanish).

PC Host Communication:

Connect the BMS to a PC host via UART, RS485, or CAN communication wires to review and change multiple protection values and upgrade firmware.

• Connect to the host through a communication wire (UART/RS485/CAN).
• Review and change protection values including overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, temperature protection, and balancing current.
• Set up Key button, Heating Module, and Buzzer functions.
• Upgrade the BMS software (SW).
• BMS real-time data is stored locally.
• Support Inverter Protocol choice.

Plataforma IoT Cloud:

For remote monitoring and management, the BMS can transmit data through a WiFi module and router to a cloud server, accessible via a mobile app or cloud manager.

• Temperatura de funcionament: The BMS is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃. Avoid exposing the unit to temperatures outside this range.
