2. Compatibilitat

3. Guia d'instal·lació

The installation process is designed to be 'plug and play' for easy replacement of your original car radio audio system. No wire cutting is required for the standard design.

3.1 Preinstal·lació

Before beginning, ensure your vehicle's ignition is off and the battery is disconnected to prevent electrical damage.

3.2 Removing the Original Radio

Carefully remove your car's original radio unit and any surrounding trim to access the mounting area and wiring. Refer to your vehicle's specific service manual for detailed instructions on trim removal.

3.3 Connecting the Wiring Harness

The provided wiring harness is designed to match the standard pin definition of car audio systems. Connect the harness to your new Android head unit and then to the vehicle's existing wiring. Ensure all connections are secure.

The Android head unit should match a 16-PIN power interface. Refer to the diagram below for the pinout configuration.

3.4 CANbus Connection

If your kit includes a CANbus protocol box, connect the 8-PIN CAN plug of the wiring harness into the corresponding 8-PIN CAN Socket on the Stereo Head Unit Screen.

3.5 Installing the Fascia Frame

Once the wiring is complete, mount your 10-inch Android head unit into the fascia frame. Then, install the assembled unit into your car's dashboard, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

4. Operating Instructions (CANbus Setup)

After physical installation, you may need to configure the CANbus settings on your Android head unit to ensure proper communication with your vehicle's systems.

1. Step 1: Power On and Access Settings
   Turn on your Android head unit. Navigate to the main settings menu.
2. Step 2: Enter Factory Settings
   From the settings menu, locate and enter 'Factory Settings'. You may be prompted for a password. If you do not know the factory password, please consult your Android head unit vendor.
3. Step 3: Configure CANbus Settings
   Within the 'Factory Settings', find 'CANBUS Settings' or 'Model Settings'. Select the correct CANbus Brand (e.g., 'Raise') according to the CANbus decoder you received. Then, select your specific Car Model and any Specific Configuration or Year options. Save your settings and reboot the head unit.

The fascia frame is made from environment-friendly ABS plastic, which is durable and easy to maintain.

• CANbus Functions Not Working: If steering wheel controls or other vehicle data are not communicating with the Android unit, re-check the CANbus settings in the head unit's factory menu (refer to Section 4). Ensure the correct CANbus brand and model are selected. It is also recommended to update the Android head unit's MCU (Microcontroller Unit) to the latest version if available.
