4. Configuració
Before operating the ANCEL ANJ400, ensure the following setup steps are completed:
- **Power Connection**: Connect the main unit to a stable AC220V±10% (50Hz/60Hz) or AC110V±10% (60Hz) power supply using the provided power cable.
- **Work Environment**: Ensure the operating environment temperature is between -10°C and +40°C, with relative humidity below 85%. Maintain an intensity of outer magnetic field below 400A/m. Crucially, ensure there is no naked flame within 2 meters of the device.
- **Fluid Preparation**:
- **Cleaning Fluid**: Use 3M car injector cleaning fluid for ultrasonic cleaning.

5.2 Resistance Test (Mode 9)

- Connect the resistance measurement line to the interface on the right side of the device.
- Connect the other end of the line to the two electrodes of the fuel injector.

5.4 Leakage Test (Mode 4)
This test checks for any leaks or dribbling from the injector needle valve under system pressure.
- Install the injectors onto the fuel separator assembly.
- Ensure the fuel tank is filled with industrial alcohol test fluid.
