Configuració
- Desembalatge: Carefully remove the recovery machine and any accessories from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Col·locació: Place the unit on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Ensure adequate clearance around the cooling fan.
- Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the power cord to the unit and then to a suitable electrical outlet matching the unit's power requirements (220V-240V or 115V, depending on model).

- Connect the hose from the system to be recovered to the Port d'entrada of the recovery machine.
- Connect the hose from the Port de sortida of the recovery machine to the recovery tank.

- Comprovació prèvia al funcionament: Verify that the power switch is in the "Off" position before plugging in.
Instruccions de funcionament
The unit features multiple adjustment modes for efficient refrigerant recovery:
- Encès: Flip the power switch to the "On" position.
- Seleccioneu el mode: Rotate the adjustment knob to select the desired recovery mode:
- Start (启动): Initiates the recovery process.
- Liquid Recovery (液态回收): For recovering refrigerant in liquid phase.
- Gas Recovery (气态回收): For recovering refrigerant in gas phase.
- Self-cleaning (自清): For purging residual refrigerant from the unit after use.
- Monitor Gauges: Observe the high and low pressure dual dials to monitor the recovery process and system pressures.
- Interruptor d'alta pressió: The high-pressure switch is a safety feature. If the pressure exceeds the safe limit (38.5bar/3850kPa/558psi), the unit will automatically shut off.
- Protector de sobrecàrrega: If the unit draws excessive current, the overload protector button will pop out. Allow 5 minutes for it to reset before attempting to restart the unit.
- Finalització: Once recovery is complete, or the recovery tank is full, turn the power switch to "Off".
Manteniment

- Neteja la malla del filtre: After each use, it is recommended to clean the filter screen to prevent blockages and maintain recovery efficiency.
- Self-cleaning Mode: Utilize the "Self-cleaning" mode after each recovery operation to purge any remaining refrigerant from the internal components, preventing cross-contamination and extending the unit's lifespan.
- Neteja exterior: Netegeu l'exterior de la unitat amb un anunciamp tela. No utilitzeu productes químics aggressivs ni netejadors abrasius.
- Emmagatzematge: Store the unit in a dry, clean environment when not in use.
- Inspeccioneu les mànegues i les connexions: Periodically check hoses for wear, cracks, or damage. Ensure all connections are secure before and after each use.
Resolució de problemes
