2. When in the desired setting mode (e.g., Time Setting), press the "Set Button" (usually top-left or top-right) to select the value to adjust (e.g., hours, minutes).
3. Use the "Increase Numerical Value" button (usually bottom-right) to change the selected value.
4. Continue pressing the "Set Button" and "Increase Numerical Value" button until all desired digital settings (time, date, week, 12/24 hour format) are configured.
5. Press the "Mode Switching" button to exit the setting mode.

1. Using the Backlight (Night Light Display)

Press the "Glow Button" (usually top-left) to activate the night light display. The built-in electronic light-emitting movement will illuminate the digital displays for easy reading in dark environments. The pointer fluorescence effect also aids visibility.

2. Using Chronograph (Stopwatch)

1. Press the "Mode Switching" button until you reach the Stopwatch mode.
2. Press the "Set Button" (or a designated start/stop button) to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the same button again to pause/stop the stopwatch.
4. Press the "Increase Numerical Value" button (or a designated reset button) to reset the stopwatch to zero.

3. Setting and Using Alarm

1. Press the "Mode Switching" button until you reach the Alarm mode.
2. Use the "Set Button" to select the hour or minute to adjust.
3. Use the "Increase Numerical Value" button to set the desired alarm time.
4. Once set, activate or deactivate the alarm using a designated button (often the "Set Button" or another specific button in alarm mode).

4. Pautes de resistència a l'aigua

The watch is rated for 50 meters (5 Bar) water resistance. This means it is suitable for:
