3. Configuració
- Desembalatge i inspecció: Carefully unpack all components and verify against the components list. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately.
- Col·locació: Place the main unit on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate space around the unit for operation and maintenance.

4.1 Main Functions Overview

- Working Modes Test: Tests injectors under various simulated working conditions.
- In-Vehicle Cleaning: Utilizes various connectors for cleaning and maintenance without disassembly.
- Low-Resistance Injector Test: Supports testing of low-resistance injectors (e.g., 1 ohm) via a dedicated motherboard.
4.2 Recommended Cleaning & Testing Sequence

4.3 Detailed Operation Steps
4.3.1 Neteja per ultrasons
This function uses ultrasonic vibrations to thoroughly remove stubborn carbon deposits from the injector nozzles. The unit can clean single or multiple injectors simultaneously.

4.3.2 Prova de resistència
- Connect one end of the resistance measurement line to the interface on the right side of the device.
- Connect the other end of the resistance measurement line to the two electrodes of the fuel injector.
- Start the machine and press the designated key for resistance testing. The resistance value will be displayed on the screen.
- If necessary, repeat the measurement several times to confirm the value.
- After testing, remove the fuel injector and the resistance measurement line.

4.3.3 Uniformity/Spray Test
This test evaluates the consistency of injection quantity across multiple injectors and allows visual monitoring of the spray pattern using the backlight feature.
4.3.4 Prova de fuites
This test checks for any leaks or dribbling from the injectors when subjected to system pressure.
4.3.5 Injection Flow Test
Measures the volume of fuel injected by the injector over a constant 15-second period.
4.3.6 Working Modes Test
The device can simulate various engine operating conditions to test injector performance. These modes include:
- Mode 1: Accelerated Test
- Mode 2: Deceleration Test
- Mode 3: Accelerated Test + Decelerate

- Configuració dels paràmetres: The brightness of the screen and backlight, and the level of the buzzer can be manually set and saved according to user preference.
