Instruccions de configuració

1. Muntatge

1. Place the raised base on a stable surface.
2. Insert the mainframe onto the raised base, ensuring it clicks into place.
3. Attach the grain separator to the grain outlet on the mainframe.
4. Place the stainless steel food bowls into the ABS food bowls, then position them on the raised base beneath the grain separator.
5. Insert the grain bin onto the mainframe.
6. Place the desiccant box into the designated slot under the grain bin cover.
7. Secure the grain bin covers on top of the grain bin.

The feeder supports dual power supply for continuous operation.

4. App Connection (WiFi Model)

The PAPIFEED feeder connects to your home WiFi network for remote control via the 'Smart Life' app.

4. Grain Type and Portioning

• Applicable Grain: Recommended for dry, non-sticky pet food with a granule diameter of 5-10mm. Compatible with freeze-dried, puffed, dry, and air-dried foods.

• Non-Washable Parts: The main body (mainframe with electronics) and the desiccant box should NOT be washed. Wipe them clean with a dry or slightly damp tela.

• If the main power is interrupted, the feeder should automatically switch to battery backup if AA batteries are installed.
• Ensure batteries are fresh and correctly inserted.
• For daily use, always rely on the external power cord. Batteries are for backup only.

Cannot connect to WiFi / App issues.

• Ensure your home WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Most smart pet feeders do not support 5GHz WiFi.
• Check your WiFi signal strength near the feeder.
• Restart your router and the feeder, then try connecting again.
• Ensure the 'Smart Life' app is updated to the latest version.
• If issues persist, try resetting the feeder to factory settings (refer to app or product support for specific instructions) and re-pairing.

Food is not evenly distributed between bowls.

• Ensure the feeder is placed on a perfectly level surface.
• Check if the grain separator is correctly installed and free from obstructions.
• The feeder is designed with an inclined slope grain outlet for unobstructed and equal discharge. If issues persist, check for any foreign objects.
