lateral View:

• Volum +: Augmenta el volum.

Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge your ZAQE M505 Pro. Use the provided Type-C charging cable and a 5V 1A/2A, 10W adapter. Do not use fast chargers exceeding 30W, as the MP3 player does not support fast charging and it may damage the battery.

Encès/Apagat

• Per encendre: Press and hold the Power on/off button on the side until the screen lights up.
• Per apagar: Press and hold the Power on/off button, then select 'Power off' on the screen.
• Per restablir: If the device is unresponsive, locate the small reset hole (below the volume button) and gently press it with a pin for 5 seconds.

The ZAQE M505 Pro features a full touch screen for navigation. Tap icons to open applications, swipe to scroll, and use the Home button to return to the home screen.Downloading and Managing Music

1. Download Songs: Connect the player to your computer using the Type-C cable. Open the player's removable storage folder on your computer. Drag and drop or copy and paste music files from your computer directly into the player's music storage folder.
2. Escaneja cançons: After transferring songs, open the HiBy Music app on the player and initiate a scan to add the new songs to your library.

Connectivitat

2. Cannot recognize memory card: The device supports FAT, FAT32, and exFAT formats. After inserting, the card may need to be formatted. Choose to format it as a portable device.
3. No response to charging: Check if the issue is with the cable or the device. Avoid using adapters exceeding 5V/1A, 10W. If the device is faulty, contact customer service.
4. Charging not reaching 100%: Press the reset hole with a pin for 5 seconds, then connect to a computer with the provided charging cable. It should start after an hour of charging. If not, contact customer service.
5. La bateria es descarrega ràpidament: Close unnecessary background applications. Use the recommended charging method (5V 1A/2A, 10W adapter) to extend battery life. Super-fast charging is prohibited.

8. Player runs slowly or freezes: Regularly clear the player's memory and delete large, infrequently used applications. Avoid running multiple apps in the background simultaneously.
9. Device keeps shutting down: Check if the automatic power on/off setting is set to "Never" in the settings.
10. Cannot enter home screen after reset: On the language initial interface, click the four corners in sequence (upper-left, upper-right, lower-right, lower-left) or press the power button ten times in a row.
