4.1. Preparation Work

1. Ensure the product is within the effective coverage of your Zigbee network (smart host/Cable Gateway) for a stable connection.
2. A ZigBee gateway is required for operation. Please ensure you have one or purchase it separately.
3. Open the back cover of the robot and install three AA batteries according to the directional markings in the battery slot.

1. Before installation, clean and dry the curtain track. Remove any curtain hooks from the intended installation location.

3. Slide down from the main body of the robot to detach the hook accessories on both sides.
4. Adjust the hooks to their topmost position using the knobs located on the sides of the robot.
5. Attach the hooks to the corresponding curtain rings on both sides of the robot.

1. Download the MOES App from the App Store or scan the QR code provided in the original manual.
2. Register or log in to your MOES account. (The MOES app is recommended over Tuya Smart/Smart Life for enhanced features).
3. Reset the device by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds until the blue light starts flashing. This indicates the device is in pairing mode.
4. In the app, tap the “+” icon at the top right corner, then click “Add Device”.
5. In the “Discover Devices” section, select “CurtainRobot” and click “Add”.
