3. Configuració

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove the heat press machine and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Col·locació: Place the machine on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant workbench. Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine.

The machine offers 4 pre-set and memory modes. Modes 1-3 include auto-rotation, while Mode 4 is for items that do not require rotation (e.g., standard mugs).

4.3 Operation for Straight Tumblers & Glasses (Modes 1-3)

2. Seleccioneu el mode: Choose a mode from 1-3 on the control panel.
3. Establir paràmetres: Adjust the temperature, time, and pressure value according to your material and design requirements.
4. Preescalfament: Allow the machine to reach the set temperature. It is recommended to place a blank tumbler in the machine during pre-heating to prevent damage to the attachment.

4.4 Operation for Mugs (Mode 4)

4.5 Automatic Press and Release

The machine is designed for automatic pressing and release based on the set pressure value. Once the process is complete, the heating element will automatically open.

4.6 Auto Rotation for Full Sublimation

For tumblers and glasses, the machine automatically rotates the item by 100°-150° after the initial press to ensure full, seamless sublimation without manual intervention.

4.7 Parada d'emergència

For safety, the machine is equipped with a quick emergency stop button. Press this button to immediately halt any operation.

5. Manteniment

6. Solució De Problemes

Problem: Tumbler attachment is damaged or bubbled.

Solució: This is an occasional issue that has been addressed with upgraded attachment quality. If this occurs, contact EENOUR customer support for a free replacement if your machine is under the protection period.

Problem: Auto-rotation function is not working.

Solució: Ensure you have selected Modes 1-3. Mode 4 does not have the auto-rotation function. Select the correct press mode for your item.

Problem: Machine does not close completely.

Solució: This is normal. The machine is designed to auto-rotate the tumbler 100°-150° after the first press and then heat press again to achieve a full print. It does not need to close completely throughout the process.

Problem: Machine shows a temperature difference.

Solució: A small temperature difference is normal and will not affect the sublimation result. If the difference is over 30℉, please contact EENOUR customer support for assistance or a replacement.
