3. Configuració

3.1 Engegada i càrrega inicials

1. Before first use, ensure the IP900BT tablet is fully charged using the provided Type-C charger cable and appropriate power adapter. The tablet features a 7.3V, 5000mAh rechargeable battery.

1. Connect the tablet to a stable Wi-Fi network.
2. Navigate to the 'Updates' section on the main menu.
3. The device supports one-click Wi-Fi updates.
4. Ensure your tablet app version is V5.7.58 or higher. Language authorization is no longer required, and buyers can freely change it. If automatic updates fail, contact customer support.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Connexió a un vehicle

The XTOOL InPlus IP900BT supports both wireless (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) and wired connections.

1. Mode sense fil: Plug the Bluetooth VCI Box into the vehicle's OBDII port (usually located under the dashboard). The VCI will establish a wireless connection with the tablet. This mode offers faster transmission speed and a longer communication distance (approx. 30-100M).
2. Mode per cable: Connect the VCI Box to the vehicle's OBDII port and then connect the VCI Box to the tablet using the main cable.

4.2 Auto VIN & Auto Scan

The device can automatically identify vehicle information and scan all available modules.

1. From the main menu, select 'Auto Scan' or navigate to the 'AUTOVIN' menu.
2. The scanner will attempt to automatically retrieve the vehicle's VIN and initiate a scan of all systems.
3. If automatic scanning fails, you may need to manually input the VIN or select the vehicle model.

4.6 Codificació avançada de la ECU

This function allows for customization of OE-settings, personalization, modification, retrofitting, and more. It supports:

4.7 Bi-directional Control & Active Test

Perform active tests to command modules to perform specific tests and functions, aiding in troubleshooting and fast repairs. This includes over 4000 tests such as:

4.8 PMI Function (Offline Programming)

For Ford, Lincoln, and Mazda models, the PMI function allows you to transfer data from an original module and install it to a new unit to complete module replacement. This function will only appear if the connected vehicle is one of these supported models.

4.9 VAG Guided Functions

For VW, Audi, and Skoda vehicles, the guided functions provide step-by-step repair guidance to prevent damage from incorrect operations. This includes diagnostic steps based on DTCs, module testing, functional testing, wiring diagrams, and component location maps.

4.10 FCA AutoAuth

For 2018 and later FCA vehicles (Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat) with a Secure Gateway Module, the IP900BT integrates with the FCA Authentication System. This allows you to bypass the security gateway to perform diagnostics and special functions without needing an extra cable.
