- Carefully unpack all components and verify against the package contents list.
- Place the brewing pot on a stable, level surface.
- Insert the inner pot into the brewing pot.
- Attach the circulating arm and circulating pump according to the diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Position the filter screen within the system as intended for filtering.
- Connect the condensing coil for cooling operations.
2.3 Pre-Operation Cleaning
Before first use, thoroughly clean all components that will come into contact with ingredients. Use a food-grade sanitizer to disinfect the brewing pot, inner pot, circulating arm, pump, filter screen, and condensing coil to prevent contamination.

3.1 Brewing Process Overview
The general brewing process consists of 7 steps:
- Desinfectar: Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized.
- Puré: Combine malt with hot water to convert starches into fermentable sugars.
- Saccharify: Maintain specific temperatures for enzyme activity to fully convert starches.
- Filtre: Separate the liquid wort from the spent grains.
- Bull: Boil the wort, adding hops for flavor, aroma, and bitterness.
- Genial: Rapidly cool the wort to fermentation temperature.
- Fermentació: Add yeast to the cooled wort to convert sugars into alcohol and CO2.

3.5 Cooling Process
After boiling, the 28.8 ft (8.8 m) stainless steel condensing coil is used to rapidly cool the wort to the desired fermentation temperature.

- After each use, thoroughly clean the brewing pot, inner pot, malt basket, circulating arm, pump, filter screen, and condensing coil.
- The circulating arm is designed to be easily cleaned with water injection.
