  • L1, L2, L3 (Phase Lines): Connect the three phase wires.
  • Ensure the input and output phases correspond correctly (L1 IN to L1 OUT, etc.).

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Encès/Apagat

After successful installation and wiring, restore power to the circuit. The device will power on automatically. To manually power off/on the device, press the Botó d'encesa (usually marked with a circle and vertical line symbol) on the front panel.

4.2 Pantalla i indicadors

The device features six digital displays:

  • Top row (red): Displays real-time voltage (V) for L1, L2, L3.
  • Bottom row (green): Displays real-time current (A) for L1, L2, L3.

Indicator lights provide status information:

  • >V: Illuminates when overvoltagEs detecta la condició.
  • <V: Illuminates when undervoltagEs detecta la condició.
  • >I: Illuminates when overcurrent condition is detected.

4.3 Configuració dels paràmetres de protecció

To adjust the overvoltage, minvartage, and overcurrent limits:

  1. Manteniu premut el botó SET button for a few seconds until the display starts flashing, indicating entry into programming mode.
  2. Utilitza el Amunt (▲) i Avall (▼) buttons to navigate through different parameters (e.g., Overvoltage Threshold, Undervoltage Threshold, Overcurrent Limit, Reconnection Delay).
  3. When the desired parameter is displayed, press SET again to select it.
  4. Utilitza el Amunt (▲) i Avall (▼) botons per ajustar el valor.
  5. Premeu SET to confirm the new value and move to the next parameter or exit programming mode.
  6. If no buttons are pressed for a certain period, the device may automatically exit programming mode, saving the changes.

Refer to the specific model's detailed parameter list for default values and adjustment ranges.

4.4 Protection and Reconnection

When an abnormal voltage or current condition (overvoltage, minvartage, or overcurrent) is detected, the protector will trip, disconnecting the load to prevent damage. Once the voltage and current return to normal operating ranges and any configured delay time has elapsed, the device will automatically reconnect the load.

5. Manteniment

  • Inspecció periòdica: Periodically check the device for any signs of physical damage, loose connections, or discoloration.
  • Neteja: Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Condicions ambientals: Ensure the operating environment remains within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Actualitzacions de firmware: This device is not a smart device and does not support firmware updates.

6. Solució De Problemes

  • El dispositiu no s'encén:
    • Check the incoming power supply to ensure it is active.
    • Verifiqueu que totes les connexions de cablejat siguin correctes i segures.
  • Sortides freqüents:
    • Check if the load current or supply voltage frequently exceeds the set protection limits.
    • Ajusteu el sobrevoltage, minvartage, or overcurrent thresholds if necessary, ensuring they are appropriate for your application.
    • Inspect the connected load for faults that might cause abnormal current draw.
  • Device Trips but Does Not Reconnect:
    • Assegureu-vos que el voltage and current have returned to normal operating ranges.
    • Check the configured reconnection delay time. Some models may have a default delay (e.g., 5 minutes) or a configurable delay that can be set for longer periods (e.g., 2 hours or more). Adjust this setting in programming mode if a different delay is desired.
    • If the issue persists, try manually resetting the device using the power button.
  • Lectures incorrectes a la pantalla:
    • Verify that the input and output wiring is correctly connected to the respective terminals.
    • Ensure the device is rated for the current being measured (e.g., a 40A device should not be used for loads exceeding 40A).

7. Consells d'usuari

  • Optimal Settings: Carefully consider your electrical system's normal operating parameters when setting the overvoltage, minvartage, and overcurrent thresholds. Setting them too tightly may lead to nuisance tripping, while setting them too loosely may not provide adequate protection.
  • Reconnection Delay: If you require a longer delay before reconnection after a fault (e.g., to allow connected equipment to cool down or stabilize), utilize the adjustable reconnection delay setting. This can be particularly useful for sensitive equipment.
  • Instal·lació professional: For complex electrical systems or if you are unsure about any aspect of installation or configuration, always consult a certified electrician.
