6. Guia de configuració
6.1. Inserció d'una targeta SIM
- Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the IDMIX WP4 device.
- Carefully insert your data-enabled SIM card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the SIM card is oriented correctly.
- The device will automatically detect the SIM card and attempt to connect to the network.
6.2. Encès / apagat
- Per encendre: Press and hold the power button (usually on the side) for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.

6.3. Connexió a WiFi

- Select the SSID (network name) of your IDMIX WP4 device.
- Enter the default Wi-Fi password (usually found on a sticker on the device or in the manual).
- Your device should now be connected to the portable Wi-Fi hotspot.
7. Instruccions de funcionament
7.1. Càrrega del Power Bank
To charge the IDMIX WP4 Power Bank, use a USB-C cable and connect it to the USB-C input port. The smart screen will display the charging status.
7.2. Càrrega de dispositius externs
The IDMIX WP4 can charge other devices using its various output options:
- Cable USB-C integrat: Connect the integrated USB-C cable directly to your compatible device for PD20W fast charging.
- Port USB-A: Use your device's USB-A charging cable and connect it to the USB-A output port.
- Port USB-C: Use your device's USB-C charging cable and connect it to the USB-C output port.
7.3. Using Portable WiFi
Once connected, your devices can access the internet through the IDMIX WP4's mobile hotspot. The smart screen provides real-time information on signal strength, battery life, and data usage.
7.4. Managing WiFi Settings
To change the Wi-Fi password or other settings, access the device's web interfície:
- Ensure your device is connected to the IDMIX WP4's Wi-Fi network.

9. Solució De Problemes
- El dispositiu no s'encén: Ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source and try again.
- No Wi-Fi signal: Check if the SIM card is properly inserted and has an active data plan. Ensure the device is powered on and has network coverage.
- Velocitat d'internet lenta: This could be due to network congestion, weak signal strength, or data plan limitations. Try moving to an area with better signal.
- External devices not charging: Ensure the charging cables are securely connected and compatible with your devices. Check the power bank's battery level.
