Configuració
1. Càrrega dels auriculars
Before first use, ensure your headset is fully charged.
- Connect the included Type-C charging cable to the headset's Type-C port and a compatible USB power source.
- The status indicator light will show red during charging and turn blue when fully charged.

2. Modes de connexió
The G19BT headset supports three connection methods: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth 5.4, and 3.5mm Wired.
2.1. Connexió sense fil de 2.4 GHz
This mode offers ultra-low latency (less than 30ms) for optimal gaming performance.
- Insert the 2.4GHz USB-A/Type-C transmitter dongle into an available USB port on your device (PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, or smartphone with a Type-C port).
- Power on the headset. The headset will automatically connect to the dongle. The status indicator light will show white when connected in 2.4GHz mode.

2.2. Connexió Bluetooth 5.4
This mode is ideal for mobile devices and general use.
- With the headset powered off, long press the power button for 3 seconds until the status indicator light flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "G19BT" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the status indicator light will show a steady blue.

2.3. Connexió amb cable de 3.5 mm
Use this mode when battery is low or for devices that do not support wireless connections.
- Connect the included 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's audio port and the 3.5mm jack on your device.
- Nota: When connected in wired mode, the headset only provides audio. The microphone, volume adjustment, and RGB lighting functions are unavailable.

3. Notes de compatibilitat
- Xbox Series: The Xbox Series consoles only work with the 3.5mm wired connection. Wireless functionality is not supported.
- Lightning Interface Devices: The headset is not directly compatible with Lightning interface devices. An adapter (not included) would be required.

4. Game & Music Dual Mode

- Xbox Series Compatibility:
- The EKSA G19BT headset is only compatible with Xbox Series X/S via the 3.5mm wired connection. Wireless connection is not supported for Xbox consoles.
- Low Latency Concerns:
- For the lowest latency gaming experience, always use the 2.4GHz wireless connection. Bluetooth connections inherently have higher latency.
