4. Configuració

Follow these steps to set up your SOYO M4 PLUS2 Mini PC:

1. Connecteu-vos a l'alimentació: Plug the power adapter into the DC power input port on the rear of the Mini PC, then plug the adapter into a working electrical outlet.
2. Connecta a la pantalla: Connect your monitor(s) to the Mini PC using an HDMI or DisplayPort (DP) cable. The Mini PC supports dual-screen 4K output.

Your SOYO M4 PLUS2 Mini PC comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. All necessary drivers are configured for this operating system. Upon first boot, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows setup.

Nota important: If you choose to replace the operating system with Linux/Ubuntu, you will need to resolve any driver issues independently. The manufacturer provides support primarily for the pre-installed Windows 11 Pro drivers.

6. Manteniment

For cleaning, ensure the device is powered off and unplugged. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using liquid cleaners directly on the device.

7. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your Mini PC, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

P: El Mini PC no s'encén.

• Ensure the AC power adapter is securely connected to the Mini PC and plugged into a working power outlet.
• Press the power button again to confirm it is started normally.

Q: When the Mini PC is started, nothing is displayed on the monitor.

• Check whether the HDMI and DP cables are properly connected to both the Mini PC and the display.
• Ensure the display input mode is correctly selected (e.g., HDMI 1, DisplayPort).

Q: A blank screen appears when the Mini PC is running.

• Check if the device is in hibernation mode by observing the power indicator status. Press the power button to wake up the computer.
• Check whether the monitor has entered sleep mode.

P: L'ordinador no respon.

• To force a shutdown, press and hold the power button for several seconds, then release and press it again to restart.
• Check whether the monitor has entered sleep mode.

Q: There is no sound from the speaker or headset.

• Check whether the mute function is disabled in the operating system.

• This issue is primarily dependent on your broadband internet speed. Check your internet connection.

Q: How do I enter the BIOS?

• The shortcut key to enter the BIOS on this Mini PC is the 'Delete' key. Press 'Delete' quickly and repeatedly when rebooting to enter the BIOS setup utility.

Any empty expansion slot might be physically limited to a smaller 2242 size. Verify physical dimensions before purchasing additional M.2 SSDs for expansion.
