4. Configuració inicial

4.1 Càrrega del dispositiu

Before first use, fully charge your SERVO 19PRO. If the phone does not turn on, it may be due to a low battery. Charge the phone for 3-5 hours using a 5V1A charger. Chargers with different power outputs may not charge the phone correctly.

4.2 Installing SIM and Memory Cards

1. Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del telèfon.
2. Inseriu el passador d'extracció de la targeta proporcionat al petit forat que hi ha al costat de la safata per expulsar-la.
3. Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF Memory Card into the designated slots on the tray. The phone supports either two Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF Memory Card.

5.1 Encès/Apagat

• Per engegar: premeu i manteniu premut el botó d'engegada fins que la pantalla s'il·lumini.
• To power off: Press and hold the power button, then select 'Power off' from the options.

5.2 Desbloqueig del dispositiu

Your SERVO 19PRO supports both password unlock and face recognition for security.

• Desbloqueig de contrasenya: Enter your set password, PIN, or pattern on the lock screen.
• Reconeixement facial: At the moment the screen lights up, the phone can quickly detect multiple facial feature dimensions and perform high-precision intelligent matching for multi-faceted privacy protection. Ensure your face is clearly visible to the front camera.

5.3 Xarxa i connectivitat

The phone supports 4G full network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. You can enable these features through the settings menu to access the internet, connect to other devices, or use GPS navigation.

5.4 Data Transfer (OTG)

The OTG (On-The-Go) function allows you to connect USB devices, such as flash drives, directly to your phone for convenient data transfer. This function can be accessed and used at any time.

• Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sense borrissol per netejar la pantalla i la carcassa del telèfon. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.

• Phone does not turn on:
