Guia de configuració

1. Desembalatge i col·locació inicial

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the charging station against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter to the sides and 2 meters in front. Connect the power adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet.

2. Càrrega del robot

Place the robot onto the charging station, ensuring the charging contacts align. The indicator light on the robot will show its charging status. For first-time use, fully charge the robot for approximately 280 minutes.

Attach the side brushes to their designated slots on the bottom of the robot until they click into place.

4. Preparing the Water Tank and Dustbin

The N7S-U features an integrated water tank and dustbin. To use the mopping function, fill the water tank with clean water. Attach the mop cloth to the water tank module. Ensure the dustbin is empty before starting a cleaning cycle.

5. Wi-Fi App Connection

Download the Tuya or Smart Life app on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum cleaner to your home Wi-Fi network. This will enable advanced features like 2D map navigation, schedule cleaning, and remote control.

1. Inici/Pausa de la neteja

Press the power button on the robot or use the app/remote control to start a cleaning cycle. Press again to pause. The robot will automatically return to its charging station when cleaning is complete or the battery is low.

3. Adjusting Water Flow and Suction Power

You can adjust the water flow for mopping (High, Medium, Low) and the suction power through the mobile app to suit different floor types and cleaning needs.

Manteniment

Un manteniment regular garanteix un rendiment òptim i allarga la vida útil del teu robot aspirador.

1. Buidar la paperera

After each cleaning cycle, or when the dustbin is full, remove it from the robot and empty its contents into a trash bin. The integrated design makes this process easy.

2. Neteja dels filtres

The robot uses HEPA and primary filters. Regularly clean these filters to maintain strong suction. Tap them gently to remove dust or use a cleaning brush. Replace filters every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

3. Cleaning Mop Cloth and Water Tank

After mopping, remove the mop cloth and wash it. Empty any remaining water from the tank and allow it to air dry to prevent odors and mildew.

4. Cleaning Side Brushes and Wheels

Periodically check and clean the side brushes and wheels for tangled hair or debris. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any obstructions.

Problemes comuns i solucions:

• El robot no s'encén: Ensure the battery is charged. Place the robot on the charging station and allow it to charge fully. Check if the power adapter is properly connected.
• El robot no es carrega: Verify that the charging station is powered on and the robot's charging contacts are aligned with the station's contacts. Clean the charging contacts if they are dirty.
• El robot es queda encallat sovint: Clear obstacles like loose cables, rugs with long fringes, or small objects from the cleaning path. The robot can cross barriers up to 1.8cm in height.
• Mal rendiment de neteja: Empty the dustbin and clean the filters. Check and clean the side brushes for tangled hair or debris. Ensure the mop cloth is clean and wet for mopping.
• Robot cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (5GHz is not supported). Follow the app's instructions carefully for pairing. Restart your router and the robot if necessary.
• Robot makes unusual noise: Check if any foreign objects are caught in the brushes or wheels. Clean the components as described in the maintenance section.
