The SERVO 19PRO features a minimalist design with essential components:

5. Configuració
5.1 Càrrega inicial
Before first use, fully charge your SERVO 19PRO. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to a compatible 5V1A charger. Charge the device for 3-5 hours before turning it on.

5.2 Instal·lació de la targeta SIM
The SERVO 19PRO supports dual Nano SIM cards. The memory card slot is shared with one of the SIM slots.
- Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del telèfon.
- Insert the card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or memory card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
- Torneu a inserir la safata amb cura al telèfon fins que encaixi al seu lloc.

5.3 Encès inicial
After charging, press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

6.2 Making Calls & Messaging
Tap the Phone icon to access the dialer. Enter a number or select a contact to make a call. Use the Messaging app to send and receive text messages.

7. Manteniment
- Cura de la bateria: Per allargar la durada de la bateria, eviteu descarregar-la completament amb freqüència. Carregueu el telèfon regularment.
- Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sense borrissol per netejar la pantalla i la carcassa del telèfon. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.

8. Solució De Problemes
- El telèfon no s'encén: Assegureu-vos que la bateria estigui carregada. Connecteu el carregador i espereu uns minuts abans d'intentar tornar-lo a engegar.
- Les aplicacions es bloquegen o es bloquegen: Close background apps, clear app cache, or restart the phone. If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the problematic app.
