1. Introducció

Carefully remove the SUNMI V2 PRO from its packaging. Inspect the device for any visible damage. The package typically includes the V2 PRO terminal and a quick start guide.

2.2 Powering On and Initial Charge

Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device until the screen lights up. For first-time use, it is recommended to fully charge the device using the provided power adapter.

The SUNMI V2 PRO supports SIM cards for 2G, 3G, and 4G network access. Locate the SIM card slot, typically on the side or under the battery cover. Insert your SIM card according to the diagram in the quick start guide. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card.

2.4 Loading Thermal Paper Roll

1. Open the printer cover located at the top of the device.
2. Insert a 58mm width thermal paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the paper feeds out from the top.

The device runs on Android 7.1 SUNMI OS. Navigate through applications and settings using the capacitive multi-touch 5.99-inch HD+ display. Standard Android navigation buttons (Back, Home, Recent Apps) are available.

1. Go to 'Tools' or 'Settings' on the device.

The V2 PRO features a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with flash for scanning. It supports one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcode scanning, even for damaged, scratched, or dirty barcodes. Use a dedicated scanning application or a compatible POS software to utilize this feature.

The device supports mobile payment code scanning. It is suitable for various commercial scenarios. Note: This machine does not support paying with a physical card and lacks NFC functionality.

4. Manteniment

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. For the screen, use a screen-specific cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

• Check if the scanning application is active and the camera lens is clean.
• Adjust the distance between the scanner and the code.

• Wi-Fi: Check Wi-Fi settings, ensure you are connected to the correct network, and the signal is strong.
• Mobile Data (SIM): Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted, mobile data is enabled, and you have an active data plan.

5.4 Device Unresponsive

If the device becomes unresponsive, try a soft reset by pressing and holding the power button for approximately 10-15 seconds until it restarts.
