5. Configuració i instal·lació
5.1 Instruccions de cablejat
The SONOFF MINI-D supports both AC and DC power inputs, but not simultaneously. It provides dry contact outputs (NO, COM, NC) for switching circuits. Ensure power is OFF before wiring.
Figure 4: Wiring diagrams for DC low power load and dry contact applications.
DC Low Power Load Wiring (Max 8W)
- **DC Input:** Connect 12-48V DC power to the DC+ and DC- terminals.
- **Load Connection:** Connect the DC low-power motor or solenoid valve (Max 8W) to the NO (Normally Open) and COM (Common) terminals.
- **Note:** This configuration is suitable for controlling devices like solenoid valves in irrigation systems.
Figura 5: Example of DC low-power solenoid valve wiring.
Dry Contact Wiring (for switching external circuits)
- **AC Input:** Connect 100-240V AC power to the N (Neutral) and L (Live) terminals.
- **Switch Connection:** Connect the external device's control input (e.g., garage door opener, boiler control) to the NO (Normally Open) and COM (Common) terminals. Alternatively, use NC (Normally Closed) and COM depending on the desired default state.
- **Important:** The NO/COM/NC terminals are isolated from the power input (N, L, S1, S2, DC+, DC-). They act as a switch, not a power source.

Controlling Large Current with a Contactor
For controlling high-power systems, the MINI-D's dry contact output (rated 2A) can be used to switch a contactor. The contactor then handles the larger current for the load.
- Connect the MINI-D's NO/COM terminals to the control coil of a suitable contactor.
- The contactor's main contacts will then switch the high-power load.

5.2 App Pairing and Matter Integration
The SONOFF MINI-D supports Matter, allowing it to be integrated into various smart home ecosystems. You will need a Matter-compatible hub for this integration.
Figura 8: Examples of Matter-compatible hubs (e.g., Echo Dot, Nest Mini, HomePod, SmartThings Hub).
- **Power On:** After wiring, power on the MINI-D.
- **eWeLink App (Initial Setup):** Download the eWeLink app from your app store. Follow the in-app instructions to add the MINI-D to your eWeLink account. This typically involves putting the device into pairing mode (refer to the device's LED indicator for status) and scanning for it in the app.
- **Matter Pairing:** Once added to eWeLink, you can link it to your Matter-compatible hub (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, Home Assistant). Refer to your specific hub's instructions for adding Matter devices. This usually involves scanning a QR code or entering a pairing code provided by the eWeLink app or on the device itself.
- **Update Smart Home Apps:** Ensure your smart home apps (Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home) are updated to the latest version for optimal Matter compatibility.
