6. Guia de configuració

6.1 Charging the Truck Battery

  1. Locate the rechargeable Lithium Battery compartment on the truck.
  2. Connect the truck battery to the provided USB charging cable.
  3. Plug the USB cable into a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
  4. The indicator light on the USB cable will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
  5. Charge until fully charged (approx. 2-3 hours). Do not overcharge.
  6. Once charged, disconnect the cable and securely install the battery into the truck's battery compartment.

  3. Turn ON the remote control. The indicator light on the remote control will flash.
  4. Push the left joystick (Forward/Backward) fully up and then fully down.
  5. The indicator lights on both the truck and remote control should become solid, indicating successful pairing.

6.4 Attaching/Replacing Gripper/Hook

The truck comes with multiple attachments for varied play.

  1. Ensure the truck is turned OFF before changing attachments.
  2. Disconnect the power line from the current attachment (if any).
  3. Loosen the screws holding the attachment in place.
  4. Carefully remove the current attachment and replace it with the desired one (gripper, hook, or ball grabber).
  5. Tighten the screws to secure the new attachment.
  6. Reconnect the power line to the new attachment.

7. Instruccions de funcionament

Once the truck and remote control are paired, you can begin operating your engineering truck. Refer to Figure 3 for remote control button layout.

7.1 Driving the Truck

  • Endavant/Enrere: Push the LEFT joystick UP for forward movement, DOWN for backward movement.
  • Left/Right Turn: Push the LEFT joystick LEFT to turn left, RIGHT to turn right. The front four-wheel steering system allows for a smaller turning radius.
  • Control de velocitat: The remote control allows for smooth and precise speed control based on finger pressure, enabling seamless switching from low to high speed.

7.2 Operating the Arm and Attachments

  • Main Arm Up/Down: Push the RIGHT joystick UP to raise the main arm, DOWN to lower it.
  • Sub Arm Up/Down: Push the RIGHT joystick LEFT to raise the sub arm, RIGHT to lower it.
  • Gripper Arm Rotation: Use the dedicated buttons (VLeft Rotation of Gripper Arm / Right Rotation of Gripper Arm) to rotate the attachment 680 degrees.
  • Gripper Open/Close: Use the dedicated buttons to open and close the gripper or ball grabber attachment.

7.3 Dump Bed Operation

  • Raise Dump Bed: Use the designated button on the remote control to raise the rear dump bed.
  • Lower Dump Bed: Use the 'Dump Bed Lowering' button to lower the dump bed back into position.

7.4 Sound and Light Effects

  • Press the 'Sound and Light Activation' button on the remote control to toggle the simulated sound effects and synchronized front/rear lights and warning light.

8. Manteniment

  • Neteja: Wipe the truck and remote control with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
