5. Guia de configuració

  1. Càrrega inicial: Upon receiving your smartwatch, please charge it for at least 10 minutes or more before the first usage. This ensures normal device boot and optimal operation. Due to long-term logistics, the battery may be low.
  2. Descarrega l'aplicació: Scan the QR code provided in the physical instruction manual to download the companion application (GloryFit). Ensure your mobile phone's location function is turned on.
  3. Vinculació del rellotge:
    • Open the GloryFit app on your mobile phone.

    • In the app, search for your smartwatch and connect.
    • Make sure the distance between your phone and the device is less than 0.5m during pairing.
    • If you encounter issues, try rebooting your smartphone as some Bluetooth services may become abnormal after a long period.

7. Manteniment

7.1 Impermeabilització

Your LIGE Smartwatch is IP68 rated, meaning it has excellent sealing performance and is suitable for daily wear, including hand washing and showering. It is dust-proof, drop-resistant, and shock-resistant. However, it does not support brewing hot water, hot baths, or exposure to water vapor.

7.2 Atenció general

  • Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Keep the charging contacts clean and dry to ensure efficient charging.

8. Solució De Problemes

Q: Why does the device not boot or start up properly?
A: Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or more before the first usage. This ensures normal device boot and optimal operation. For devices with removable batteries, ensure they are properly installed before charging.
Q: Cannot find device when pairing?
A: Please make sure the distance between your phone and the device is less than 0.5m. Also, ensure the device is not under low battery. If there is still a problem after 1.5 hours of charging, please contact support.
Q: Cannot connect the device with the app?
A: Some smartphone Bluetooth services can become abnormal when rebooted. Please reboot your smartphone before attempting to pair the device with the app.

  • Precisió del podòmetre: To reduce errors, the smartwatch usually sets an initial value of 10 steps. It will start counting steps and display them in the app once you have walked more than 10 steps.
  • Health Data Disclaimer: While the watch monitors various health metrics, it is not a medical device. All measurement results are for reference only, based on scientific algorithms and sensors. Do not compare them to medical devices or use them for self-diagnosis.
