4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover, usually on the bottom or side of the camera.
  2. Open the cover and insert one AAA alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.

4.2 Càrrega de la pel·lícula

The Kodak Ultra F9s uses standard 135 film (35mm film) with ISO 200 or 400 recommended.

  1. Open the camera back by sliding the film door latch downwards (or as indicated on your camera).
  2. Place the film canister into the film chamber on the left side of the camera.
  3. Pull the film leader across to the take-up spool on the right side. Insert the tip of the film leader into one of the slots on the take-up spool.
  4. Gently turn the film advance wheel a little to ensure the film is securely engaged with the take-up spool.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Fer una foto

  2. The camera has a fixed focus lens (1m to infinity), so simply aim and shoot.
  3. Press the shutter button firmly to take the picture.
  4. After taking a picture, manually advance the film using the film advance wheel until it stops, indicating the next frame is ready.

5.2 Ús del flaix integrat

The Kodak Ultra F9s features a built-in flash for low-light conditions.

  1. To activate the flash, slide the flash push switch (usually located on the top or front of the camera) to the 'ON' position.
  2. Wait a few seconds for the flash to charge. A small indicator light (if present) will illuminate when ready.
  3. Take your photo as usual. The flash will fire automatically.
  4. Remember to turn off the flash when not needed to conserve battery life.

5.3 Rewinding and Unloading Film

Once you have taken all the pictures on your roll of film:

  1. Locate the film rewind crank (usually on the top left of the camera) and the film rewind release button (usually on the bottom).
  2. Press and hold the film rewind release button.
  3. Turn the film rewind crank clockwise until you feel the tension release, indicating the film is fully rewound into its canister.
  4. Open the camera back and remove the film canister.
  5. Take the exposed film to a photo lab for development.

6. Manteniment

  • Camera not taking pictures: Check if film is loaded correctly and advanced to the first frame. Ensure the shutter button is fully pressed.
