1. Introducció

The TESmart 2 Port KVM Switch allows you to control two computers from a single set of keyboard, mouse, and monitor. This device supports high-resolution HDMI 4K@60Hz video and features USB 3.0 ports for high-speed data transfer, making it ideal for professional and home use. Segueix aquests passos per connectar el teu commutador KVM:

1. Apagueu els dispositius: Ensure all computers and the monitor are powered off before making any connections.
2. Connecta el monitor: Connect your HDMI monitor to the 'Output' HDMI port on the KVM switch.
3. Connecteu el teclat i el ratolí: Connecteu el teclat i el ratolí USB als ports USB dedicats del commutador KVM.
4. Connectar ordinadors: For each computer (PC1, PC2):
   • Connect an HDMI cable from the computer's HDMI output to an 'Input' HDMI port (e.g., Input 1) on the KVM switch.

5.1 Mètodes de commutació

• Botons del tauler frontal: Press the 'Select' button on the front panel to cycle through the connected computers.
• Control remot IR: Use the provided IR remote control to directly select the desired input (PC1 or PC2). Ensure the remote has a clear line of sight to the KVM switch's IR receiver.
• Tecles d'accés ràpid del teclat: The KVM switch supports hotkey commands for quick switching. Common hotkeys include:
  • Press [Scroll Lock] twice, then [1] or [2] to switch to PC1 or PC2.

• Mouse Wheel: Double-click the middle mouse button (scroll wheel) to switch between inputs.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the KVM switch. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners, as they may damage the device.

7. Solució De Problemes

Si teniu problemes amb el commutador KVM, consulteu els problemes i solucions habituals següents:

• Sense pantalla al monitor:
  • Check all HDMI cable connections between the computers, KVM switch, and monitor.
  • Ensure the KVM switch is powered on and the correct input is selected.
  • Try connecting the monitor directly to a computer to verify the monitor and computer's video output are working.
  • Restart the KVM switch and computers.

  • Verify the keyboard and mouse are connected to the dedicated USB ports on the KVM switch.
