The Protmex 3379C Digital Weather Station is a multifunctional device designed to monitor indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. 3. Configuració

3.2 Powering the Wireless Outdoor Sensor

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the wireless sensor.
2. Insert 2 x AA batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity (+/-).
3. Select the desired channel (1, 2, or 3) using the channel switch inside the battery compartment.

3.3 Initial Pairing and Placement

Once both units are powered, the main unit will automatically search for the wireless sensor. Ensure the sensor is within the 60-meter transmission range. For optimal performance, place the outdoor sensor in a shaded, dry location away from direct sunlight and rain.

4.2 Configuració de data i hora

The clock is radio-controlled via WWVB/MSF signal for automatic synchronization. You can manually set the time and date if needed, and switch between 12/24-hour format. Refer to the 'SET' button on the back of the main unit for manual adjustments.

To set the alarm, use the 'ALARM' button. When the alarm sounds, you can touch the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' field or press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button to activate snooze mode. The alarm will sound again approximately 5 minutes later.

The display shows both indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity. Temperature can be displayed in Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). Temperature trend arrows indicate whether it's getting warmer or colder near the remote sensor.

The weather station provides a mold risk indicator (LO, ME, HI) for both indoor and outdoor environments, helping you maintain a healthy living space.

4.7 Ice Alert

An ice alert symbol will appear and flash when the outdoor temperature falls within the range of -1°C to +2.9°C (30.2°F to 37.2°F), indicating potential icy conditions.

5. Manteniment

• Atomic clock not synchronizing: Ensure the weather station is placed in an area with good reception for the WWVB/MSF signal, away from electronic interference.
