• Temperatura: The watch is resistant to high and low temperatures, but extreme conditions should be avoided to prolong its lifespan.
• Durabilitat: The fuselage is made of aviation alloy material, which is anti-drop and resistant to high and low temperatures. It is also dust-proof and anti-sediment.

Q: Why does the pedometer not count steps when I have already started walking?

A: To reduce errors, the smart watch typically sets an initial value of 10 steps. It will start counting and displaying steps once you have walked more than 10 steps. The app will then show the real walking steps, starting from the 10th step.

Q: Why can't the device boot or start up properly?
