CEM DT-128M Digital Pinless Wood Moisture Meter

1. Introducció

The CEM DT-128M is a digital pinless moisture meter designed for quickly indicating the moisture content in various materials, particularly wood, gypsum, and cement. Components clau:

• Capacitive Sensor: Located at the top of the device, used for non-invasive moisture detection.

4. Configuració

Instal·lació de la bateria:

3. Introduïu tres (3) piles AAA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-) tal com s'indica a l'interior del compartiment.

5. Funcionament

Encès/apagat:

• Press the Power button (usually marked with a power symbol) to turn the device on.
• Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds to turn the device off. The device also features an Auto Power Off function to conserve battery life.

Prendre mesures:

1. Enceneu el dispositiu.
2. Place the capacitive sensor flat against the surface of the material you wish to measure. Ensure full contact for accurate readings.
3. The moisture content will be displayed on the LCD screen. The measurement depth is approximately 20-40mm.

Funció HOLD:

• During measurement, press the 'HOLD' button (if available, or 'SET' on some models) to freeze the current reading on the display.
• Press 'HOLD' again to release the reading and resume live measurement.

MAX/MIN Display Function:

• The device can display the maximum (MAX) and minimum (MIN) moisture readings recorded during a measurement session.
• Refer to the specific button layout (Figure 2) and the device's on-screen prompts to access and clear MAX/MIN values.

Alarmes programables:

The DT-128M allows for programmable moisture and humidity alarms. When the measured moisture content exceeds the set alarm threshold, the device will provide an alert.

1. Press the 'SET' button to enter the alarm setting mode.
2. Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the desired alarm threshold.
3. Press 'SET' again to confirm and save the setting.
4. Press 'MEAS' to exit the setting mode.

• Lectures inexactes: Ensure the sensor is in full contact with the surface. Avoid measuring over metal objects or highly conductive materials. Calibrate if a calibration function is available (refer to advanced settings if applicable).
• La pantalla és tènue o parpelleja: Pot ser que les piles estiguin baixes. Substitueix-les.
